Fantastic scooter

Very fast next day delivery. Wheelchair seems very well made but my wife who has Parkinson's is having difficulty with the controls. They are very sensitive and even on slowest speed the wheelchair is hard to manoeuvre. Packaging was in my opinion excessive and although undoubtedly kept the product secure will be a problem to dispose of.
Since purchasing have seen similar lightweight chairs much cheaper.

Good quality chair and fast delivery and hassle free installation

Dealing with Glebe mobility was extremely easy! I needed to trial a wheelchair to see if it suited me. I was unable to visit the showroom so bought the chair to try.
The chair arrived in 48 hours. I ordered Saturday and it arrived Monday. The chair was extremely well made and looked the business. Unfortunately didn’t work for me. Glebe mobility immediately organised to collect it and refund me. I haven’t received yet but such good customer service I’m confident it will arrive in good time.

Glebe Mobility is a breath of fresh air! They advertise the price of their products - a great help in choosing and planning your purchase. The customer service is kind, accommodating and definitely puts the customer first. The chair is sturdy, well made and is as depicted, with next day delivery if the item is in stock. The delivery firm which they employ is wonderful. Communications at every stage are excellent, including the provision of an hour ‘slot’ on the day, plus a phone call when they are half an hour away. Staff of both Glebe and the delivery firm are efficient, friendly and helpful. A***** Thank you!

Although I ordered my chair on line and didn’t physically go into the shop, I can’t fault the next day delivery. I have been to the shop on a previous occasion and found them to be extremely helpful and a very friendly atmosphere. I will be shopping there again in the near future as I’m looking to buy a mobility scooter.

I had an issue the day my order was due the AIT delivery company on the day said I wasn’t in although I’d been chasing my order on the phone about 5 times it never turned up on the 8 th and delivery was on the 10th the only person I could get hold of was a lady called Sue who worked for the sister company helped me greatly if it hadn’t been for her help I would have been even more stressed with the situation

Great people unfortunately the chair I got was too big for me and had to return it they collected it for me no problem and got a refund excellent company buy with confidence from here highly recommended

I hade a call from from Kim returning my enquiry. She answard all my question and I was happy to go ahead with ordering the Fold Flat. As this was before 12o'clock I had it delivered the next day. I've only used inside at the moment but feels nice to use. Have not put it in the car yet so don't know how that will go.

The customer service is excellent and as I was requiring a replacement part. The team was excellent in the contact on the communication and managed to sort me out with a new arm rest without any problems or questions.
