Orlando staff is super kind and professional!

Dr. Mendoza, his surgical staff and especially Nathalie were tremendous. Unlike alot of those in the medical profession they all truly care about their patients well being. Before, during and even after the procedure. Dr Mendoza calling on the Saturday after the procedure was a very pleasant surprise. Nathalie made me feel like a truly valued customer with her caring and concern. She is the bomb!!!

Update: Sonobello has really stepped up to address all of my concerns. I do want to add that the staff at the office i go to is really nice & uplifting. I was awake for the anesthesia portion and the actual lipo. It felt like someone was jabbing a razor into my stomach for who knows how long. I asked if I should be feeling the pain and the dr said well most people are asleep during this and he kept jabbing. I fell asleep (or passed out from pain) when the ab ex was started. I have done everything I was supposed to do and my stomach looks the same as it did before the surgery. I am very disappointed and depressed because I literally threw $10,000 in the garbage and have nothing to show for it.

What a great experience ❤️ I can’t say enough about the Edina office staff, the nursing staff, Dr. Volk and all postop appointments. My consultation was very comforting and PAULA thoroughly explained everything.

I was very well taken care of from walking through the front door all the way through every appointment. I am now several months into recovery and I feel like they’re all family! I’m happy I did this 🤗 and highly recommend anyone contemplating a consultation to DO IT! I love comparing stories with others in the waiting room and encouraging those that are there for a consultation!

Today was my 3 month check up and I couldn't be more happy with my breast lift results. I would recommend anyone interested in a procedure to try this location, everyone in the office is absolutely amazing. I actually waited a year before completely deciding and looked into other offices close by and after checking a couple more I came back because they truly have amazing results. Best choice I made for myself! Dr.Eid is absolutely amazing at what she does!

I had my procedures through Sono Bello Edina MN clinic. I have nothing but great things to say about them. From front office, to nurses, and the doctor (Dr. Volk) who did my procedures. I was recently there for my Balancer Pro session and I was led to the session on time and did my 40 min. session in two phases to aim at upper and lower body. Front desk staff was amazing! 5 STARS!

Dr Colon, Princess and Chelsea in the Orlando office all made me feel more comfortable about my upcoming procedure. I was very nervous prior to coming in but now I’m very excited and I’m looking forward to being more confident in my appearance.

Was told at pre-op visit by doc that was assigned to perform my procedure that he would not perform the procedure. A hard no
He refused to answwr any questions. case. A medical condition, which had been discyused at first meeting seemed not to be anissue became one at the preop. I cancelled the procedure , aaked for a refund. Was told I had to speak with my consultant fir thar. She was not available to speak with. I was told she would call me today to discuss next steps. I waited all day. The call never came. Very disappointing. Am I being avoided? Looks that way. I hope Sono bello decides to refund my money. So please be caredul.
