Sonovate are one of our longest standing relationships in probably the most complicated area of the business. Throughout the last decade plus they have been hugely supportive and been absolutely fundamental to the growth of the business. I can't imagine a partner being more helpful than sonovate have been to me and the business and I will be forever grateful. As and when there have been issues, they have worked to help out solutions and provide options and support. A truly great partner to work with. Consistently go above and beyond.

We’ve been working with Sonovate for over 7 years now, and over the years they have become an extension of our business, supporting us not only with our finance factoring needs but also with our long-term growth and future vision.

A special mention has to go to three outstanding members of the Sonovate team who make such a difference for us day in and day out. Huw Marsden, our Account Manager, is absolutely fantastic. His depth of knowledge is second to none, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we’re fully supported as we scale. Katie Smith, our Customer Success Lead, genuinely feels like part of our team. She knows our business inside and out, and her commitment extends not just internally but also to our clients and candidates. Friendly Team That Makes Business Easier

I have had a great experience with Sonovate. From the first call they made everything simple and clear and they have genuinely made it easier to run my company. The platform is easy to use, funding is quick, and payroll and invoicing run smoothly which keeps cash flow steady and stress low. The support team is excellent. They respond fast, explain things in plain English, and check in to make sure everything is on track. It feels like a partnership rather than a supplier relationship. Friendly people, reliable service, and real value for a growing recruitment business. I would happily recommend Sonovate to any agency owner who wants less admin and more time to focus on clients and candidates.

Great Customer Service

With any system migration/upgrade there is inevitably going to be teething problems; that said however, throughout the process the guys from Sonovate have been great. Our customers also love the new platform which enables daily payment runs.

But how do I pay my Contractors as a start up?

Starting a recruitment business is a daunting task and having been a contract recruiter for years, the biggest bottlneck was the funding and how would I pay the contractors?
Since working with Sonovate we have grown our runner book extensively and the system is unbeaten in the invoice financing world. If the contractors get their timesheet in and approved, they are paid in 24 hours in full.
They credit check your clients and handle credit control. Now that we are thriving, Sonovate provided us with Adam Ellis to manage our account and it has taken the partnership to a new level.

Having Sonovate in our corner has been a massive factor in our early and continued success.

We are looking forward to many years of solid business with them

I have had an excellent experience with Sonovate on many levels and this is down to the team notably Adam Ellis who is my “go to “ person
Sonovate does have some issues that need addressing with the software and updating client payments but this is not a person issue . Any issues i have are always dealt with promptly by Adam and he has a really good understanding of the pressures and frustrations of the client when the software goes wrong .

No customer service whatsoever

Awfull. Noncustomer service. I am still waiting on a significant payment of 3 months ago. When you reach out to customer service they don’t answer back and don’t solve their own problems (calculated VAT wrong). Don’t fall for their fancy dashboard….it’s marketing…without substance behind it.

They used to be really good

They used to be really good, and the service is still solid. But they have removed the customer service lines so you can't get hold of anyone quickly anymore. It's all on a chat and response time vary from 30 min to 3 hrs.
