We sent a champagne and chocolate basket to each of our twin sons and they were absolutely beautiful and our boys enjoyed receiving them. I would absolutely send them again and not just for a birthday!

While I didn't see the end result, I was told by the recipient it was a wonderful gift. Customer service replied to my simple query within literally 1 or 2 minutes and updated my order seamlessly. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Does not arrive the day you pick online
Basket did not arrive to the intended location on time, arrived 3 days late and had to be rerouted. And then I was blamed for not specifying it was a hotel, when there was no place to specify that.

Basket would have arrived if you would have put the name of the hotel on your order. There is additional paperwork that has to specify Saturday commercial delivery. We had the gift rerouted for you at no expense and if you look at the order form there is a line to add the company name.
