SL Crystals - Speading love!

I've been shopping with SL Crystals for a little over a year, and I wish I had found them sooner! Love the mix of beads and other items available and the quality and prices are exceptional!

I found SL by accident scrolling through my phone one day because i saw these beautiful beads being scooped into a bowl. With a sweet voice explaining what the items were snd counting the spoons being put into the bowl, and also explaining what the natural crystal was.

There was quite a selections to choose from in natural crystal beads, in color and sizes, lose beads and strand beads. The string and needles are provided for free too! So you have everything needed to make a jewelry piece.

Sl Crystals is my top choice for beads, findings, accessories and anything else needed for jewelry making. They even have bracelet boards, perfect size hook needles, and packaging supplies.

I have been ordering from SLCrystal for more than 2 years. I am a chemist , and a mineralogist. My father owns a jewelry store so high quality crystals are a must. I have had nothing but good experiences with SLCrystal. If I ever ask questions they are answered promptly. They hold my orders when Im not going to be at my residence and their shipping is the best. I have never felt so pleased with a business that has such an amazing customer service department. I often forget what I order and they alway take pictures of my orders and send them to me. I never felt with a business that was that serving and kind to me. The host Felicity has very good knowledge of crystals and she tells you if the crystal contain dyes as in allergic to most dye and that's a huge plus for me. Travis has the kindest soul. He goes to market and he finds all of the goodies that make it possible to make my jewelry needs for the jewelery store. Carl is very awesome because he takes you directly to the market and let's you choose the crystals you need and they are very economical and they put so much into their jobs and serving the customers. I have spoken to the Owner myself and she was amazing. I needed a semi rare crystal and she was traveling and she actually contacted me and told me it was available to me. I was so happy as she understands what it take to need materials for a business, and I have a very high volume business besides teaching at a University. I wish there was a way I could thank each of them. Every one in the business is so kind and helpful and they try their best to help you with all the crystal needs , and most of all each package I have received has always contained a very special gift I was not expecting and I exclusively shop with SLCrystal.

I have been a customer of Sophie and her amazing crew for over 3 or so years now. I have purchased from multiple platforms, and multiple people in the different shops. I have never been unsatisfied with their service or products. I can confidently say that they are the absolut best crystal co.pany that I have done business with. I can also trust them and their service. They have very speedy shipping, phenomenal communication amd they truly do care about their customers. I will be doi g business with them for many years to come! I have referred them to many people, and I will continue to do so with confidence! What made the experience great? Hmm what didnt?! should be the question! I have followed SL-crystal for multiple years just longing for when i would be able to purchase from them. And this summer i was finally able to, and the experience has just been amazing!
All the host's are amazing, kind and really try their best for their customers. And the prices! Talk about amazing, we are all often shocked about how you an give us such a great quality for such an amazing price! Thank you for making your store so accessible for everyone to purchase from even if one might not have so much in their bank x)<3
And then, if there is anything they dont have for the moment they will gladly help try to find it for you and bring it on to the next live as long as you were able to find it so quick, which in all fairness you often are! Else you bring it to the live as soon as you have gotten your hands on it :D

And then coming to the packaging! Wow, everything is so well packed so that nothing arrives damaged or lost! Sure it may take a little time for it to arrive but far from super long. And when waiting for something this good you cant wait too long!

The customer service are probably the only part of SL-crystal that i haven't had any real contact with yet, and how amazing isn't that?! It means i have had no need for it! But with how quick everyone at SL is at answering questions one may have, i doubt it would take more than a day for them to reply with a great answer to your question!

Sophie’s an amazing host! I love listening to her voice. I wait each day in anticipation for her live, even just as lovely background sound. She had such a big variety of quality crystal beads each night.
I also love that Sophie takes time to show us how to make different pieces of jewelry with her tools!

Amazing quality beads and they are very helpful if there are any issues. I have only had one issue and I emailed them and heard back for them the same day.
