My very carefully packed bag arrived last week. It is flawless; beautiful leather, amazing stitching and quality hardware. The dyed leather is a rich tone of red, perfect for my fall wardrobe. I like a smaller bag - no more totes for me and this gives me exactly what I need. The sturctured bag comes with a strap giving me two options to wear it. Love this bag!! Quality all the way.

I got the Tang Red 22 Embroidered Phoenix Crown Backpack. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The embroidery threads were nicely done with perfection and the backpack itself was put together nicely.

I’ve used the bag a couple of times now and I really like it. Although it has an opening at the top, nothing will fall out as long as you place your items in the extra velvet bag included with the purchase.

The backpack itself did not have any odor or smell so compared to other leather bags/backpacks I’ve bought online before.

All in all, although the shipping process was a bit long, I am satisfied with this backpack.

Purchased the Su embroidery ornament. Received in premium and beautiful box. The artwork is amazing and gorgeous. Display in living room, looks luxury and outstanding.

Their communications are fast and clear - better than most American companies with their response. I had initial concerns because we bought two and the second was still being manufactured, so we received the first and waited for the second. My concern was that we wouldn't receive the second.... I sent an email and they promptly responded with an explanation for the delay. It was sent and through customs in a record amount of time to be delivered in time for my wife's birthday.
