Never answer emails or phone calls. Reporting SOS Auto Protect as fraud to Visa for not refunding my $2000 premium for the warranty policy I cancelled within 2 days of purchase.

I would leave them 0 stars if that were possible. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this company and the headaches that come with it. I signed up with them thinking they had great reviews. I was so wrong. They are high pressure sales. I cancelled my policy the very next day. They have a 30 day cancellation policy offering a full refund within that time. It's now day 33 and I have yet to receive my $5600. I have called repeatedly only to be told they are issuing a follow up on my account. That's not good enough. I wanted the refund before I needed to make the credit card payment. Well, that ship sailed. Their contract states refunds will be issued within 10-15 days. Liars! Then when I followed up I was told 1 - 3 days. Liars! I will be reporting them to the BBB as well and leaving negative reviews everywhere I possibly can. I left a google review the second day and the sales dude actually called me up and asked me to take down my review. HA! Why wouldn't I want to warn others about this shady company and keep them from going through the same crap I've been dealing with.

SOS AUTO PROTECT UNDERWROTE A THREE-YEAR WARRANTY FOR ME IN AUGUST 2025 FOR $1875. FILED A CLAIM IN DECEMBER, YET THEY HAVE PROVIDED NO DECISION AND HAVE STOPPED COMMUNICATING WITH ME AND WITH MY GARAGE. THEY OFFERED TO REFUND MY PREMIUM, YET AFTER I ACCEPTED THAT THEY AGAIN STOPPED RESPONDING. SAVE YOURSELF A DRAWN OUT DRAMA WITH THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND JUST RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

Ben was incredibly easy to talk to and had all the right answers to my questions about coverage. Nice to have the safe feeling of a warranty on a used truck, Glad to have him as an agent.

There are many warranty companies out there. Often hard to get to a sales person who takes the time to listen. Joyce Vale definitely did that in spades! She followed up and was quick to respond to questions.

Agent was patient while I worked out some payment issues with my credit card and overall was very professional. Only issue was agent did not disclose that the 30 day waiting period also has a 1000 mile requirement.
