Albert Johnson was very helpful. He explained what might have happened. He shared some possible scenarios s to how this happened. He also advised me to be careful about a possible scam. He mentioned some precautions. Also, he reminded me that I can contact him at any time for any assistance.

I contacted support expecting a quick solution to a simple issue. At first, I thought the delay was normal, so I waited patiently. Ten minutes turned into thirty, then nearly an hour, with no meaningful response. Every time I thought someone was finally going to help, I was left waiting again. When I finally did get a response, it didn't address my problem, and I had to repeat everything from the beginning. By the end, I had wasted a huge amount of time and still had no solution. This was one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I've ever had. I expected professional assistance, but instead got poor communication, long delays, and no resolution. I won't be using this service again.
