I had a very difficult foot surgery
I had a very difficult foot surgery, which included a metal rod put up my tibia. I just got so minimal pain relief. I followed your instructions that you sent to me. I'm just so disappointed I didn't get better results with your foot pad insert.

I've alo discovered that wearing other shoes without them that I'm walking a bit different, using the whole foot rather than just the outside edge. I'll be definitely getting a couple of more.

This company is truly evolving
I tried the full orthotic and ramps, had to do a little tweaking, and now I think they're going to work. A one size fits all approach does not work; I feel I can say that because I've been dealing with foot pain for over 35 years. With the options to add ramps and customize your insoles, that gives me more freedom.

Great brand that cares about their customers!
I’ve had a great experience with Soul Insole. Their customer service is honestly one of the best parts of the company - they respond quickly, communicate clearly, and actually listen to feedback instead of giving canned responses.
It’s refreshing to work with a brand that genuinely seems to care about both their product and their customers. Anytime I’ve had a question or suggestion, they’ve been open, professional, and fast to help.
Highly recommend supporting a company that values customer experience the way Soul Insole does.

A Great and Effective Product
I have used the Soul Insolel arch supports and ramps for years. Last year I had to get prescription orthotics for plantar fascitis. They were terrible and expensive and did not resolve my issue. I purchased the Soul Insole orthotics, customized them with an additional ramp. I walked all over Cuba while on vacation, and my feet were fine. These are far superior to the custom-made orthotics. I would definitely recommend them and would buy them again.
