I've sent another reply to your other 2 star review. I'm so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our insoles. They are definitely not meant to be used as a padding or cushion, they are a midfoot support - so I'm concerned that you might be placing them incorrectly. Will you please contact us directly so that we can discuss placement, discuss what's going on with your feet and see if this is the right size and correct product for your needs? We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we are also happy to help you with a return/refund. Please email us at info@soulinsole.com

I have been a purchaser from Australia for many years. Every product is brilliant,..., modern, appropriate and essential for tweaking/modifying around foot usage needs, and changes as we humans travel through our lifespan. Thoroughly recommend, and the team are always generous with their help, and time.

Great products!!!
Everything was what I expected...very happy with products. My daughter & I loved the Premium Toe Spacers...very comfortable and feet felt relaxed after using them. We also purchased the Shoe Bubble orthotics which do the job of lifting the arch just right...& I used one of the Stackable Supports to add just a bit more lift for one arch. They fit just right and are very comfortable. I did purchase two different sizes for myself, but found the Small fit perfectly for Size 8 women's shoe. I'm hoping to exchange the unopened Medium for another Small.
Overall, I think the product is very well designed and made with quality materials. I've had "foot" problems for many, many years and have tried every orthotic and foot device and these are the best.

Hi Jo! This is the first we are hearing from you about this. It looks like your package is still in transit - it has been 6 weeks, so this is taking a little longer than usual, so I am wondering if it has been lost - do you know if Israel is having delivery issues with the war going on? I've looked into your tracking: DHL Express: 9261290198160238978227 The final part of the delivery is done by Israel post and here is the tracking link that global post is sharing: https://doar.israelpost.co.il/en/deliverytracking?itemcode=LV837122772US It's all in Hebrew - can you please reach out to your local post to inquire about the package? Let us know what you find out. We are here to help. If the package is determined to be lost, we can re-ship or refund your order. Please have the heart to reconsider your one-star review. This is very hurtful for our reputation as a small business that deeply cares about our customer's experience. Give us a chance to help you and resolve this situation.

Improved technology on the inserts and the darker color looks less dirty. The arch support plus the extra gel ramps work great and make any shoe I wear feel like my Birkenstocks.

I love that I can put these in my sandals and no one knows. And I can put in only the ones that fit my need. I didn't realize GBS changed my leg length and that caused sciatica. I still have some issues but am greatly improved.

The insole is perfect and works exactly as advertised. It provides arch relief in my walking/workout shoes and sandals. The adhesive is easily refreshed with a water rinse. The service is excellent! I received an incorrect version. It was suggested that I try it and could return it if not satisfied. That insole model didn't work for me and they easily processed an exchange.
