Firstly, what is your shoe size? There's a chance you may need a smaller size or a different type of support if these are uncomfortable. If you are possibly on the smaller end of the size range, if your shoes may have some existing support, or if your arches are lower and more sensitive to support, it is likely that you will prefer to choose 1 size smaller or our thinner version (The Shoe Bubble Pro-Lite). Also, maybe you have a different foot ailment all together that is calling for a different type of support. We would love to help guide you if you're open to that!

Clear insole is invisible in my sandals
I got two pairs, one for my sneakers and another for my wedge sandals. They are very comfortable, lots of support and just the right amount of softness. I was nervous you'd be able to see them in my sandals, but the flap that goes up into your arch is at exactly the position my sandal strap is so they are pretty much invisible to everyone else.
I got them because my knees were starting to show signs that my feet were flattening, and now my knee pain is gone too after a month or so.

I find that my athletic shoes don't…
I find that my athletic shoes don't always have the arch support I like. So I purchased 3 sets of for my new 3 pairs of walking shoes. I am comfortable and walk daily. They were easy to install under the walking shoes removable inserts. They were easy to place.. and then reset if I didn't have the best location. I had an older set that that I removed from a older shoe and reused it. Easy to clean and easy to reuse!

Might be good for some people not so good for me
I bought two sets and received a third set 'free'. Possibly these MIGHT be good but I have put them in three of my most used pairs of shoes and in all cases they migrate inside the shoes as I walk - so sometimes in a good comfortable spot and then they move into a not so comfortable spot. I find them to be somewhat disappointing and I shall discontinue trying to use them. Much to my surprise I have received a refund from Soul Insole. I still rate the insoles as three stars BUT probably should rate the Soul Insole company at five stars.

Don't worry, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you choose to return them. Do you mind if we ask a few questions and try to help out? We are wondering if somehow you got a defective pair. When you first received them did they feel really sticky to the touch or not? If not, they may be defective. If they were originally sticky, but now they're not, did you know that they're washable? You can put them under warm water, scrub the dirt off with your fingers and set them out to dry - the adhesive regenerates.
If they feel sticky to the touch after washing, but do not stay in place in your shoes, it could be something else - If the shoes have any dirt or shoe powder in them - this will cover the adhesive, making it not sticky anymore until washed again. So, it's important to make sure the shoes are clean of dirt and shoe powder before sticking the insoles down.
There are of course a few types of synthetic materials that our insoles just don't stick as well to. An option for these shoes is to place our insoles underneath the liner in the shoe (if the liner is removable and not fully glued in). Another option is to use double sided tape in these situations. Double sided tape makes for a semi-permanent solution to adhering the insoles to a specific pair of shoes vs. the washable/movable adhesive. We would be happy to mail you a couple pieces of double sided tape at no cost to you if you think this will be a good solution for your needs.
If you think the pair is defective, we are happy to send replacement insoles and some double sided tape to make the pair that is defective useful for you to be able to stick them into a pair of shoes. Please let us know. We are here to help!
If you prefer to just return them for a refund, that's totally fine! Please mail them back to us with a note including your name, request for a refund, and order number, and we will provide a refund upon receipt of your return. Here is our returns address:
