I had a build up of wax in my left ear,easy to book appointment and when l arrived no waiting straight in to get it sorted. Simon looked in my ear with a camera so I could see the problem on the screen, he explained what he was going to do and flushed the wax out. Now I can hear again lovely job would recommend

Always receive a friendly welcome from Lorraine on arrival. Derek always provides a friendly professional honest and personalised service. Nothing is too much trouble. Aftercare is second to none for my excellent hearing aids recommended by Derek.

Sound Advice is a very friendly place, from when you first step in the door, from the friendly and caring receptionist Lorraine to the audiologist Derrick. I visited today and received the usual friendly service. I would highly recommend.

The receptionist is very welcoming and helped me to decide to use this Practice, rather than one of the High-street retailers.
It was very very good advice as the audiologist is exceptional. Very thorough and patient with my questions. Follow-up appointments were equally good.

Visited last week for the annual review. A courteous and thorough review of the hearing aids and a retune making everything much better. Would always recommend the independent over the chain supplier.

My hearing aids were over seven years old. Rather than pressurise me into buying new ones Jess tried her best to improve them. A two week free trial of Widex Allures convinced me it was time for an upgrade. Jess is great a working with you to get the settings right. Highly recommend the team in Lincoln.

Louise is an excellent audiologist, very knowledgeable and excellent at her job. She is patient, explains everything clearly and in detail, and will leave no stone unturned to ensure your problems are resolved.
She fully understands that hearing loss is a hidden disability and has great empathy. I have seen her a few times and each time I have come away very satisfied with her service.

Very friendly and helpful people. After waiting over a year for an appointment with the NHS to have my NHS hearing aids adjusted I gave up and purchased some from Sound Advice. The difference is amazing. I didn't realise how bad my hearing had got!

I have been lucky to hear well for most of my life, however, now in my 80’s I have found not being able to hear properly, particularly when in company, very frustrating and isolating too. It is therefore truly reassuring have an audiologist as competent as Louise now at the Parchment Street Hearing Centre. Not only is she an obviously caring person, but she is extremely thorough and meticulous, adjusting your chosen hearing aid with huge care in order to give you optimal hearing. Truly nothing seems too much trouble for her.
