Southampton Cruise Parking Services Avis 

I have used SCPS before and will return! The service is fantastic. It’s easy to drop off and pick up your car and the staff are super helpful in terms of loading and unloading luggage. I like the fact that it’s ‘door to door service’ meaning there is very little walking. They drop off right by the luggage points for cruises and pick up from the same point. Perfect!

Very clear instructions with a repeat set emailed immediately before travelling. Changed the car reg a week before travelling with a straight forward telephone call and no admin charge. Transfers between site / port very efficient and no delay on getting car. Don't expect a luxurious waiting area but we weren't there for more than 5 mins so no issue. Great service.

This was a great service. Relatively easy to find and the staff were brilliant - friendly, chatty and very helpful.
The car was stored under cover and was ready waiting for us on arrival.
Highly recommended.

We arrived early to drop off our car but it seemed no trouble to the guys there. Unloaded car and were off to docks. when returning from cruise followed instructions and were on our way home in next to no time. This was our 3rd time of using Southampton Cruise Parking and will be using them again

The parking place was easy to find and the service was impressive. Within 5 minutes of arriving our bags were in the van, keys were handed over and we were taken straight to our ship. On return we texted as instructed and the van was waiting for us as we exited the terminal. The car was parked at the front of the garage, our bags were packed into it and off we went. Very easy to use, the car had been kept inside and safe and smooth transition throughout. Thank you

first time using Southampton cruise parking and i can say it will not be my last, courteous and professional staff, swift and simple transfer to and from our ship, car ready upon our return, nothing more you could ask for really, Job done and done well.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we got. We turned up and they took our keys to park our car and whisked us straight to the terminal it was so smooth.

The mini bus travel between the terminal and parking was prompt, the car was kept indoors and the location was easy to find. Well priced for a weeks peace of mind, would recommend and will use again

Everything went smoothly exactly as described in their very clear instructions. The office was easy to find and my car was emptied of baggage for transfer to a van. The car was parked in the onsite warehouse for us, while we were transported to the cruise terminal. The return was equally efficient and effective. Staff were friendly and personable. Cost were reasonable - highly recommended

Used Southampton Cruise parking via our cruise booking agent, very happy with the service provided. I was to late to book valet Parking and this was just as good. Pulled up and easily transferred our luggage to the waiting vehicle that would take us to the terminal. Handed over the keys to my vehicle which was then inspected ( and filmed) for damage. On our return we waited for approx 15 mins to be collected and taken back to our car which was waiting outside ready to go. When we last used the valet parking we had to go and find out vehicle with all our luggage. This was actually much easier.

Very easy drop off and collection with easily followed instructions. Our driver on the way there (can't remember his name, sorry) & Sarah on the way back were lovely and made our transfers very easy.
