Return address is non existent

I received the items I ordered, but realized I needed to send the sweatshirt back because it was too small. The company sent me a return address to mail it to and when I took it to the post office, they could not find it anywhere in their system. Oddly enough, the return address on the package was in the United States. Should’ve never ordered from a Facebook company. Learned my lesson. Below is part of the response they sent.

Ordered a hoodie for my husband for…

Ordered a hoodie for my husband for Christmas and I guess I will not receive it before Christmas if I ever do. Ordered Monday December 2 and it’s still in processing status. We have all ordered enough to know shirts, sweat shirts and hoodies do not take this long to process. And this is not a restaurant make as you order. I do believe this is a scam. People you need to get a real job and stop taking other people’s money. We already have to spend enough money to live on and we do not want to pay scammers to make an easy living.

No Customer Service

Ordered a shirt on 11/28. Received an email that it shipped. Tracking number provided no information. Emailed customer service twice and received no response. My next step is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Edit: they did email me back and have kept me updated with tracking information.

Ordered on 14 November, Still NOTHING

Ordered on 14 November, still haven't received the polo shirt. Also, I got an email saying shipped, but the tracking number doesn't do anything when trying to track it. The site is probably not legit. Lesson learned. As of now, I don't recommend this site!!!

There’s still a chance for my rating to…

There’s still a chance for my rating to go up but so far, I fear this was a scam. I ordered a shirt three weeks ago and it’s been “in transit” since 11/21- and the tracking info provided has mysteriously been out of order since then.

I just thought the sweatshirt was funny and it looked like something I’d wear to our family Christmas Eve party. I’m just hoping it fits right 🤷🏻
