Terribe experience and customer service

Wow where to begin. I am giving two stars because I hate one star reviews based on just disappointment. Loved the choices and quotes. Lots of fun, but that is where the fun ended. I ordered four sweatshirts all XL, except somehow I accidentally clicked one S, my bad I admit it, but a good company should be open to assisting a customer. Then all three XLs were smaller than an American XL. Oh yes, this is 100% a China based company. All four had a terrible chemical smell to them, almost noxious. The quality of the material is adequate at best, again doing my best to be fair Contacted the company, waited several days, and was informed that I had to take pictures of the website description, then take measurements of the garments to determine discrepancies in manufacturing. In the event the company determined the manufacturing was the issue, only then would the company arrange to exchange the XLs. The mistake for the small was my fault so that was all on me. In the event of return or exchange, I would be responsible for shipping and handling and reprocessing. You know what I was so upset, sure I’ll take the loss. Lesson learned, right? Wrong. When the company sent me the shipping info, that’s right info. No label. No proper packing or shipping instructions, just an address. Guess where? CHINA! Have to send them back to China. International shipping. There is Absolutey no physical presence in the US…..none. Never again. Buyer be very aware.

Simply wash it after receiving the product, and the smell will disappear. Regarding your question about sizing, our product details page has a clear size chart. Each size has corresponding measurement information. If you are unsure about the size, you can also ask our customer service staff. However, we apologize, but we are a cross-border company with overseas warehouses in various countries, so shipments are random.

PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I placed an order on 12/9/25 and have not received the order yet. I emailed them and they asked me to verify my address and sent me the address that I used to order the product. That address was the exact same. I told them that was the correct address and even sent it to them again. Since I have emailed them at least 5 times and have not got a response from them. TO ME THAT IS SOME VERY PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT AURE I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL GET TO THE PERSON IT NEEDS TO GET MY ISSUE RESOLVE

Dull, faded designs whether you want it or not

Your tee will come as extremely distressed/faded design whether you choose washed or not. The designs are no where near as bright as they seem on website/social media adverts. When i raised my concern they agreed it was a poor final product & sent a replacement quickly, however that was exactly the same. They say they advertise their designs as distressed however no pictures or text indicate they are distressed dispite them claiming otherwise

No confirmation email but received received 4x t-shirts in a timely manner and good quality t-shirts. I have placed another order and I have ordered some hoodies and tshirts this time.
Looking forward to seeing the quality of the hoodies. Very happy so far. 5 stars.

China based and operated. Absolutely rubbish quality. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! Return address is back to China - where it’s shipped directly from, bought a men’s hoody, short at the waist paper thin and says 80% cotton. There is no way this is 80% cotton or 100% LIKE THEY CLAIM! Its even on the lable 80% cotton 20% poly. It would melt in the sun it’s that plastic! You’ve been warned - I should have trusted my instincts and googled them first.

Shipping and Sizing are issues

Shipping is drop-shipped from Asia and takes over a month. The shirts do not run true to size. Once washed, they are even smaller. I ordered a 2XL, and it was an XL at best. Once washed, it was somewhere between a medium and a Large. The material is thin. The website, at least where I liv,e is hit or miss at best. So even if I were to order from them again, I can't get into their site when I want to. So frustrating.
This is sad, as I like their designs and sayings.

I ordered 5 shirts from this company…

I ordered 5 shirts from this company for my husband for Christmas and unfortunately the shirts did not fit. I ordered all 2XLs and they were above his belly button when he lifted his arms. I emailed requesting a return and received the following. "You can send us photos of the received product along with your measurements, including the shoulder width, length, and chest circumference. We will coordinate with the factory, and if the discrepancy truly reflects a production error with our size chart, we will provide appropriate compensation. Alternatively, you can choose to return or exchange the item. Please note that for returns or exchanges not due to production issues, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Thank you for your cooperation. We respect your choice. If you require a return or exchange, please inform us, and we will send you the return address."
Instead of doing all that, we decided just to return them. I emailed them back to inform them of our decision & they still haven't responded. I went to their website today to look for refund information, but the page (monkeysober.com) won't come up. I keep getting the below error message.
This site can’t provide a secure connection monkeysober.com sent an invalid response.
All that to say DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Shipping time was good but when it got…

Shipping time was good but when it got here the sizes are not true to size. Ordered a XXL hoodie and tshirt and it was at most a XL. Then I washed them once to make sure they would not shrink more before I decided if I was going to gift them or not and, while they did not shrink, the logo on the hoodie had sections wash off. Not impressed. Thought I read enough but I guess I did not see enough bad reviews. Will not be able to gift these items. Do not recommend!!

I thought I was being careful and…

I thought I was being careful and didn't dig enough into reviews and where the company is based out of. I actually don't have issues getting something from another country however when it's being deceived, that's what bothers me. I didn't know it was coming from China had ordered December 7th for Christmas gifts and there is still no tracking and I don't have my product. Be extra cautious

Long delivery, bad sizing & poor fading

After 3 weeks of waiting the t-shirts finally arrive & was happy to start with even though there meant to be an American product but was sent from Asia.
Noticed that the size variation was completely different even though they were all labelled the same size.
After first wash (following the recommended washing instructions) the pattern has started to fade badly so probably going to be completely gone after another wash.
Emailed customer services & nothing till i messaged on Facebook & was told that the size guide was just a guide & there could be a 1-2 inch difference & that due to my order was over a month old it was out of warranty, but I could get a $15 refund which was pointless as I would end up with 1 plain t-shirt i could use & 3 too small.

I ordered a shirt from this company and unfortunately the shirt did not fit. I emailed requesting a return. I was asked to provide pictures showing measurements, which I did. I was told the measurements were within the error margin and I would be responsible for paying for the return. My item was shipped from CALIFORNIA but my return was to be sent to Cheetah Cloud Warehouse (Biodi), 25-4 Shunyifang Avenue East, Yuangang Village, Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. Size chart not accurate. Poor quality material and graphics. Will not refund money. Would exchange but only if you pay return shipping. I can make a better product from the Cricut machine.

Ongoing issues but may be resolved

I would like to amend this review. Since writing it the company have now reissued my order and I am awaiting delivery.
I will remove my lack of trust as the complaint now appears to be rectified.
Fingers crossed 🤞. If all goes well I will be amending the star rating as the quality of the products that did arrive is really very good. I look forward to amending

I ordered 4 t shirts in a variety of colours (purple, blue, white and black) waited for the order (3 weeks) but I expected it to take a while as they come from China.
When the arrived only 3 of the shirts arrived and they were all yellow. I immediately contacted customer service and after what is now 2 weeks of emails back and forth, they are distancing themselves from the complaint saying they dispatched 4 shirts and they were the correct colours. (It’s impossible for this to be true as the company is not based in China but the orders are dispatched from China. So there is no way they can insist they dispatched the correct order). I continue to email trying to find a resolution but I only get a response of “we dispatched 4 shirts”

No tracking on items 11 days in, sent several emails to receive screenshots that told me nothing.
Quick to take money but ultra poor on delivery, customer care.
Can't tell you what the ts are like as I doubt I'll get them.
Prices are in pounds, then goes to dollars so you think maybe it's coming from the states then you realise it's China

They took my money real quick

They took my money real quick! Been almost a month. I tried to track my order, the link sent me to a crashed website. When I email CS, they sent me a very small screenshot of a generic order shipment. No order number, nothing to identify what they were shipping or to whom…. Live n learn. Thick, poor fitting, and comes from china

Would not recommend. The shirts are 100% cotton and very thick. Expect them to shrink like crazy. They are also shorter and boxy. To top it off, they come from China, so your blind order is next to impossible to return. I sent an email asking to return and was told I would have to pay to return them to China. I followed up asking for a return address and still haven't heard back. So yea, expect poor fitting t shirts that are super heavy and close to impossible to return. Definitely would not recommend.
