Polyalien Avis 101

They sent me a hoodie that had been screen-printed incorrectly. When I reached out for an exchange it literally took them 2 weeks to respond to each email. They offered me a 10% off discount and to keep the item instead of exchange it. Seems like a rinky-dink outfit that has cool social media advertising that it's product can't back up. I wasted $70. Save your money

Purchased several T-shirts from Polyalien. Ordered a larger size (4xl) up to account for the unknown and possible shrinkage. Quality was good and shipping good, HOWEVER, Polyalien does not honor their 30 day refund policy. Fit was way too small (2 sizes small). Tried to return/refund within the 30 day window. They emailed me begging me to accept a partial refund and then after the 5th email also asking for photos, again offering a smaller percentage off, they begged me to comply claiming that “times are tough in the market right now and that they were desperate for business.” PayPal was equally useless. From China do not order with them.

Ordered four shirts said it would be here in 7 to 10 business days and it’s been a month and haven’t seen anything. You try to contact them and they do not respond.
This is nothing less than a scam don’t fall for it their frauds.

Their customer service is absolutely garbage. They have a basic message when you’re trying to alter your order or get an exchange. Completely non-responsive customer service department. This company is absolutely garbage.

Very cheap and undersized shirts. Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I will never purchase anything from Polyalien again and advise you to do the same.

Over a month… nothing but ad emails. No response to emails. Just another scam chinese company. I think half these companies advertising these type of things are the same company in china. Takes forever if you get it at all, and mostly junk. Use Amazon or the company itself, ie: Sig

If I could give MINUS 10 stars…. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. Do NOT BUY from THIS COMPANY. They are a JOKE AND A FRAUD.
They took my sons hard earned money, plus expedited shipping of $8.99 a total of 79.00 and he GOT NOTHING. However, they took the money from his bank account the minute he hit purchase I’ve tried looking up our order number to no avail. They tell me no such order number exist. I called my bank. I got refunded immediately. They said they would deal with them do not buy from POLYALIEN.

Absolute scam, ordered a t shirt got charge £8 for shipping, still not with me, I got a response from the help email, in Chinese tell me that my item still hasn’t been shipped a month after payment!!!!!

Absolutely Garbage and cheap !! I ordered an XL Sig Saur Fleece pull over , and a size twelve ring. The fleece was a one size fits all the was way too small . It was basically stretchy thin piece of weird material with FAKE , home made Sig saur patches , and plastic buttons that were falling off. It's was vacuum sealed in a plastic material as if someone balled it up then sealed it . GARBAGE !! The ring was too small , as I compared it to another one of my size twelve rings . All of the good reviews have to be fake !! Like the GARBAGE I purchased !!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY @ POLYALIEN !!!! It comes from China .... I should have done my research . I hope my review helps ! I ordered from this company and when the delivery date was missed i asked for an update which was ignored. I have emailed several times asking for a refund and was finally told that my parcel was still in transit and would be with me within a day or two. In contacting the delivery company I was told that the parcel was lost and emailed Poly Alien once more who came up with the same story that everything was ok and the parcel would be with me in a few days.

Very cheap iron ons and POOR-quality shirts that run very small. Terrible costumer service.

Cheaply made, hard to get in touch for a refund,and when they finally reply they are difficult about getting a refund

Cheap Chinese stuff!! Don’t order because you will be disappointed. I bought an sig skull shirt and matching sweats. The shirt is really thin, the skull design is a cheap iron on decal. The sweats are paper thin I mean you can literally see through them like mesh!! I got burned so you don’t have to. STEER CLEAR OF POLYALIEN CHEAP CHINESE GARBAGE!!!

Quality is solid and I really dig the print. fits me good. pretty happy with it.

honestly better than expected. material is super soft, wasn't expecting that. the print quality is sharp too, usually these come out pixelated but this one didn't.

First time ordering here. didn't expect much tbh but it's decent. The product does the job and everything was acceptable. No complaints.

pretty much what i expected. quality is decent and looks like the photos. just a heads up though, the fit runs small. definitely size up or you'll be stuck returning it.
