Not happy

Placed order and mistakenly duplicated two sweatshirts. Emailed to cancel the two extras and no response. Looks like extras were shipped but cannot track package.

UNENDING VARIETY OF COOL ITEMS

Such a variety of tees, hats, sweatshirts, etc. to choose from. Had a difficult time trying to choose between such an expanse of men's, women's and kids items. Made my holiday buying spree enjoyable, as well as manageable price-wise. Many thanks for your catalogue of great wearables.

Once again southface failed

Once again southface failed. The address they want u to send back the product is in Asia somewhere, address is a mile long. Won't let me return to Chicago address it came from. This company is not to be trusted. They're all talk and no help and sweatshirt was made out of some cheap thin material. Not sweatshirt fabric at all. Do not recommend this company at all. Sizing is also wrong and they blame the purchaser for incorrect info. I ordered xl and it's more like a medium. The sleeves are about 4 inches short. Not happy at all. Lost $45

It was easy to order but my item appears to be lost.

Today I received confirmation from the recipient of my order. Once the item was shipped and went on to the United Postal Service, there wasn’t any information provided by the UPS which left me concerned. The recipient loves the gift! Perfect fit.

It was easy to order. However, I still haven’t received a shipping date which makes me wonder if this really is a legitimate site.

My status says it has shipped. However, there isn’t any more information available. I am close to canceling my order with my credit card company. I’ve sent an email but haven’t received a response.
Can you help me?

Fun Shirts

The website is very easy to navigate. The choices are great. The size chart is a huge help. I like the personalization option.
The prices are decent. Shipping is too much, but hopefully the product will be worth it.

Very hard to return an item, even if they were wrong

I ordered a few items, one being a sweatshirt size S. The items finally arrived and the sweatshirt was labeled S, but was huge, more like a XL. I contacted Southfaces, and was basically told it was my fault that they have their sizes on website (only S,M,L,XL appear) but if I want to return it, I have to pay for shipping and told me it was expensive, and they would send the correct size (which the sweatshirt shows) But if I wanted something else in return, they would give me a discount? And the return address is unbelievably long. Never will use again!!
