Subscription experience
When subscribing, the site automatically assumed shipping vs billing address data. I had no logical way to correct it. Instead, the site forged ahead without giving me a clear way to correct addresses. Until I get a magazine, I won't yet know the outcome.
Also, I would like to think Southmag would have given an electronic magazine site to see current and past articles during the interim.
Quite disappointing for a magazine subscription in today's internet and app world.

I received a quick response to my question, however, I am never warned when my subscription is about to expire so I end up missing an issue or two before I realize the magazine is not coming.

Thank you for the feedback. I took this to our team and we have remedied the situation. Each subscriber's last issue will now have a renewal flyer poly-bagged in with the book informing them of their status with an offer to resubscribe. If you missed an issue, please contact us at info@southmag.com and send us the magazines you missed and we will send you out complimentary replacements (please include the name attached to your subscription and address.) Saw your magazine in the doctors office, did not take it, decided I would order a subscription, was little difficult to figure out, but I was determined. The magazine was beautiful and I enjoyed it immensely...hopefully will feel the same when it arrives at my home.

Hello Mrs Larsson, you subscribed to South Magazine on March 18, 2022 which is after our Spring issue was mailed out. We are a quarterly publication, so your subscription begins with our Summer issue and you should receive that by June 21. New Travel Spots
My wife and I really enjoy the articles in the magazine. We actually have planned trips around a lot of the places featured of where to go. In fact I recently renewed my subscription for two more years. Looking forward to new adventures!!!! We will be traveling again soon thanks to your magazine.
