Subscription experience
When subscribing, the site automatically assumed shipping vs billing address data. I had no logical way to correct it. Instead, the site forged ahead without giving me a clear way to correct addresses. Until I get a magazine, I won't yet know the outcome.
Also, I would like to think Southmag would have given an electronic magazine site to see current and past articles during the interim.
Quite disappointing for a magazine subscription in today's internet and app world.

I received a quick response to my question, however, I am never warned when my subscription is about to expire so I end up missing an issue or two before I realize the magazine is not coming.

Saw your magazine in the doctors office, did not take it, decided I would order a subscription, was little difficult to figure out, but I was determined. The magazine was beautiful and I enjoyed it immensely...hopefully will feel the same when it arrives at my home.

I paid for a year digital subscription…
I paid for a year digital subscription and could only access 29 pages of the issue. Customer Service contacted me to fix the issue

New Travel Spots
My wife and I really enjoy the articles in the magazine. We actually have planned trips around a lot of the places featured of where to go. In fact I recently renewed my subscription for two more years. Looking forward to new adventures!!!! We will be traveling again soon thanks to your magazine.
