Rejected claim
Never had a problem when claiming before but this time my claim was rejected because the receipt I sent was produced by a till. I use Costco opticians and the only receipt they give is a till roll. It had all the information required by Sovereign but it was still rejected. The issue was resolved after a phone call to Sovereign but it's a shame that I had to do this. Just wonder what will happen with future claims?

Having reviewed your claim, we can confirm that the receipt submitted did contain the information we required and should not have been rejected.

Always a reliable service from this local company. I’ve been a member for over 30 years and feel myself and my family are well protected . Suggest even better if …. 1) the on line claim form allowed customers to enter free text rather than follow up with an e mail. Sometimes the e mail info is not available to the claims handler which can result in time consuming double handling and 2) appointments for X Rays and treatment in Fracture Clinics (eg casts) are included in the Day Hospital provision.

The website was easy to access and use
The website was easy to access and use. My claims were dealt with very quickly and effectively. Initially i received an email to confirm my claims had been received and would be accessed. This was done very quickly and in no time the money i was due was paid into my bank. I also received an email informing me of the payment. Very impressed with the whole process
