The email you received on 21 July directed you to the ‘Claims History’ area of the online customer area, where you can view the full details of your claim, including the reason it wasn’t paid. In this case, the information submitted related to a treatment plan. For a claim to be eligible, treatment must have been received and paid for in full.
We will be happy to review your claim once you have received your treatment and a receipt for payment is submitted to us.

I pay the feese for myself and my wife…
I pay the ffese for myself and my wife together. She is no longer living with me and it could be most likely perminant. I will need to seperate our payments but do not know how to do it. I am 75 years old. Will have to phone you at some stake I think. I find it hard to do the claims when my wife is in hospital because the hospital dont do there part and it does not happen. Disapointed in the system that is used as its difficult to use for me. Not too happy really to be honest
