I’ve been coming to Spa & Massage every week for quite some time now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. The entire team is always so warm, welcoming and professional, making every visit a genuinely relaxing experience from the moment you walk through the door.

The treatments are consistently excellent, and the therapists are incredibly skilled, attentive and always tailor each massage to exactly what my body needs. As someone with a busy work schedule, my weekly massage has become an essential part of looking after myself, and I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

Thank you to the whole team for your exceptional service and for always making me feel so well looked after. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Five stars!

I've been coming to Spa and Massage crouch end for my pregnancy massages over the last four weeks, and the experience has been wonderful every time. From the moment I arrive, I'm made to feel comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after.
The therapist is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable throughout the treatment. The massages have really helped ease the aches and pains that come with pregnancy, especially in my back, hips, and shoulders, and I've left each appointment feeling refreshed and much more relaxed.

The environment is clean, peaceful, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind. I genuinely look forward to my weekly visits and would highly recommend this place to any expectant mum looking for a safe, calming, and effective pregnancy massage. I had the best 60-minute deep tissue massage of my life at Spa and Massage Fulham with Zina. She took the time to identify all of my problem areas and targeted each one with incredible skill. The pressure was absolutely perfect throughout the entire session firm and consistent, exactly what I needed.

I left feeling so much looser, relieved of tension, and genuinely refreshed. Zina is clearly very experienced and knows exactly how to tailor the massage to your needs. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely be booking with her again!

It was my first visit to Spa and Massage in Richmond and I was nicely suprised. The interior is really relaxing and clean. Low level lighting and wooden floors.
It was a heatwave and the massage room was kept cool with air conditioning.

Great experience, I was with Phillipa who was fantastic, listened to requests about certain muscle groups and pressure and was spot on.

I’ve been coming to Spa & Massage Turnham Green Terrace and now Chiswick High Road for nearly two years, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, welcoming and relaxing. The staff are always warm, friendly and professional, making every visit a pleasure. They also use beautiful natural aromatherapy products, and I love that you can choose from their range of essential oils during your treatment. They also have a lovely selection of products you can purchase, including candles and aromatherapy products, so you can recreate that sense of calm afterwards.

Over the past two years I’ve had treatments from several of the therapists, and every one of them has been excellent. More recently, I’ve been seeing Dinu for regular trigger point therapy. I hadn’t realised how much tension I had been carrying until he started identifying and releasing areas that I didn’t even know were causing problems.

The difference has been remarkable. My body feels lighter, my movement is more fluid, and I feel much freer overall. What started as a monthly treat has now become a weekly part of looking after my health and wellbeing.

If you’re looking for somewhere that combines genuine expertise with a peaceful environment and exceptional customer care, I couldn’t recommend this spa more highly.

Fantastic massage with Augusta yeaterday - I am atill so relaxed! All the team are brilliant and professional but warm; the new premises in Chiswick are superb and built fit for purpose. I have had many good experiences here since they opened. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the Bayswater location. Raluca at reception was very kind and friendly, and Corina did a phenomenal job for my two hour aromatherapy massage, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will be coming back!

My deep tissue massage was unbelievable - 1 really felt like my knots have been released and would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone requiring a massage. The Spa is gorgeous and the ambience is perfect.

Spa & Massage Crouch End is a very clean, friendly and welcoming place. Every massage I’ve had has been excellent, with my therapist taking time and care to ensure that all my tight spots are relaxed. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived.
