The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I visited the Crouch End branch for a sports massage. I had Medicash insurance which requires an invoice from a MGHT registered professional. The massage was great. The experience after was awful. The receptionist Barbara was so rude when I asked for her to send me an invoice. It was like it was a major inconvenience to her. I had to chase 3 times. Eventually she sent it and her email was abrupt and rude. I was then approached by Mary Joy who wanted to see how my experience was. I told her about the awful experience. She tried to sell me more packages rather than listed to my complaint. Medicash then rejected my claim saying that the masseuse wasn’t MGHT registered. I’ve since emailed head office for them to send proof of registration. No response. I’m still waiting and my insurance claim has not progressed. I won’t be returning. I consider the company to be very dodgy with under qualified staff. I wish I had never been! I will be reporting them to trading standards. AVOID!

The Bayswater Spa clinic is very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. I had an excellent massage therapy and benefited so much. I have now bought a package of massages, so I will return

I’ve had several massages at Spa & Massage, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The therapists are highly skilled, professional, and genuinely take the time to understand what your body needs. I always leave feeling much more relaxed, with less muscle tension and feeling refreshed.

The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very well organised. The reception team is friendly, appointments are easy to arrange, and the overall atmosphere is calm and professional.

If you’re looking for a high-quality massage in London, I would highly recommend Spa & Massage. They provide excellent service, great therapists, and a consistently wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage by Ana and it was just what I needed. The spa is very clean and calming. I would absolutely go again.

It was my first time visiting this massage place, the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The reception was fantastic and friendly. Maire ( the Irish lady ) was extremely professional and I relaxed from the moment I met her. I suffer from soreness around my shoulders and neck, she spotted the issue immediately and worked through my body with care.

I'm genuinely happy that I found this place after so many years trying the other places , which also comes with more affordable and also offers more competitive pricing. I had a deep tissue massage with Ileana, and it was probably the best massage I've ever had! I left the centre feeling incredibly relieved. I had a lot of knots and tension in my upper back, and she was able to release all of them. I'm genuinely delighted with the experience and would highly recommend her. 🙂

I had my first deep massage therapy with Taz. She was very friendly and helpful as I had very stiff shoulders and muscle cramps from my thighs. She focused on my upper body mainly to massage which relieves my tension in my shoulders. She also provided some exercises that I could do at work or leisure time.

I had the most amazing massage with Duncan at your Richmond branch. He started by asking me if there was anything in particular he could help with and after explaining the problem area I had, he worked specifically on this area and almost 3 days later I still have no pain.

The massage itself was incredible, Duncan was great and so I purchased a package providing me with 2 more massages to look forward to!

Exceptional. Really excellent massage in a very relaxing environment. The team are great which makes booking and arrivals really easy.

I got an Anti-stress massage and it was one of the best massages i have ever had! Adriana was amazing! She knew and understood the exact points i had pain, and worked to ease it. My body feels so much better now and lightweight. I am already planning my next visit. Safe to say never going to another spa now.

**Warning from a consultant doctor about this place .
Very unprofessional and rude staff . Very poor unprofessional customer service with negligence . They used to be good 10 years ago but they are far beyond all professional and ethical standards. No wonder the recent poor reviews and no wonder their desperation by reducing their prices and sending offers ,to attract customers .

One of the receptionists at Earl’s court named (B)was rude .she talking to her colleague while I was talking with her !

I contacted Headoffice who promised better customer service and professionalism however ,this person continued to be rude .

I called to book massage and enquired to use one of the vouchers they provide to loyal customs but she laughed !

I was very offended from such rude and unprofessional behavior .
My understanding is that you offer the vouchers to your loyal customer when they purchase package to use them and I never used any of the 5 vouchers ,so anyone would expect from a presumable professional salon to deal with customers in a respectful ,decent and professional manner ,rather than such disgusting and offensive behavior !

I contacted the head office again about this person’s rude and unprofessional behavior but no acknowledgement or apology !!!

They used to be good 10 years ago but obviously they fell very short of the required professional and ethical standards !

Avoid and better go to a professional place .
