Seamless, Honest, Competively priced, Clear communication and Helpful
Our move from Brussels to London was super smooth and as communicated. Eleonora handled the planning and execution with patience and clear communication. Rado and his colleague were on time and smoothly dismantled and packed our furniture and were helpful and respectful.
We were quite nervous to move with a baby, but Space4Time turned out to be a great choice!

Friendly, efficient, good value
I used Space 4 time for a move from London to Belgium after reading reviews online. Everything happened as communicated and the entire process was straightforward. I hired extra help as I had complicated access routes to both the building that I was moving out of and the one that I was moving in to. The guys were very helpful with everything and took extra care with my stuff whilst working fast. I was very happy with the service.

I am extremely satisfied with my recent move with this company. I requested quotes through a moving platform, and their offer was the first to arrive—and also the most competitive. Eleonora was incredibly helpful in estimating the volume, and together we chose the Mega Van option, which turned out to be the best choice for us.
The company handled the packing, and they did an outstanding job. Two team members arrived two days in advance and carefully packed and disassembled all our items. I was especially worried about my antique grandfather clock, which is a priceless family heirloom and holds great sentimental value. The drivers handled it with exceptional care, and it arrived in perfect condition without a single scratch.
At the delivery location, the drivers reassembled all the furniture, and everything was done smoothly and professionally. I was very impressed with how easy and well-organized the entire process was. Eleonora was always available to answer my questions, which gave me great peace of mind.
Another huge plus was that the drivers spoke multiple languages, so they were able to communicate easily with my parents, who don’t speak English. This level of service truly shows how a moving company should operate.

What a great company
What a great company! Spot on with timings, friendly, helpful and attentive. This was my first move and experience with shipping my items abroad and it was the most straightforward process. Eleonora guided me through everything and supported me with the documentation. I had little to nothing to do apart from packing. I am very impressed with how easy the communication was and despite it being holiday season the information exchange was perfect. No delays, no fuss, no problems. The price was the most competitive from all of the UK and Bulgarian forwarding companies.

Broke my TV Bed and were delayed in collecting
One of my items unfortunately got damaged and their Director got involved to try and resolve the problem and really went above and beyond to make the situation right.

Regarding the collection delay, we acknowledge that the vehicle arrived slightly later than planned. As a goodwill gesture, and at no additional cost to you, we provided a second mover to assist with loading. This was an extra service that was not included in your original quote and was offered free of charge to minimise any inconvenience.
With respect to loading, our standard service includes driver assistance unless a full packing and loading service is booked. This was clearly outlined in the quotation and prior communication.
Concerning the TV bed, we did offer our professional dismantling and packing service, which would have ensured the item was fully protected and covered by insurance. This option was declined due to cost, and the dismantling and preparation were instead carried out by a third party arranged by yourself. Unfortunately, the item was not dismantled or packed to a professional standard, which significantly increases the risk of damage during transit.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to use it to improve how we communicate service options and expectations to future customers.

Used their service twice to move from…
Used their service twice to move from Northern UK to Romania and then back.
The company is very professional and the drivers have been great and friendly. Eleonora is good at communicating with you and is always active to respond to any of your queries.
Overall it was a great experience and the price quite competitive. The only thing I wish they did is add GPS trackers to their vans so we can track the progress live without having to message constantly. Other than that, 5 stars!
