Non original part arrived although I've paid for an original.
Ordered a original Dyson filter for my purifier. An non original Dyson part arrived. It is also the wrong part. Diffrent from what I ordered or on my invoice. I've emailed and awaiting a response
Edit. After an email they have now delivered the correct part I paid for.
Because of this I'd use the company again although it's sad they sent the wrong item as I had quite a wait for an item I paid for and needed.

Avoid this tool
This piston blocker broke the first time I used it leaving a chuck of plastic in the cylinder and an unusable chainsaw. Avoid this product. On the plus side the product arrived promptly.

Poor Customer Service
The dimensions for the cooker hood filters I ordered were incorrect on the website. When I contacted customer services to arrange a return I was informed I would have to pay the return postage cost. This would have been fine if it was my mistake but it wasn't!!!!! To cut a long story short I am now £10 out of pocket for using this company. Poor customer service and a refusal to reimburse me for the return postage. I would be very careful ordering from this company and personally I will never use them again. Total disregard for the distance selling regulations.
