Spa World - Adelaide Avis 20

We rang Steve from the adelaide Office today. He was on a day off. It didn’t stop him from giving professional advice in relation to the spa drainage issues we were having. He also reminded us of best practice when refilling our spa. We always find Steve so very helpful. And thanks for not making me talk to a machine

Called Steve for some advice approx. 3 years after purchasing our Vortex SPA and we continue to receive the same aftersales as initial sales service!!!
Steve and Tom get the job done and their word is good, they have stuck with us throughout our time with this life changing SPA:):)

Great company at Sales. Once deposit is paid, don’t be in a rush to get the spa or any form of communications. Coming up on a month since they said it would be delivered. No contact without me contacting them. Then promises of return calls that never happened.

We called back in today with a few questions which he gladly answered and explained what to do.

Steve Whyte was so personable and helpful, I came into the show room a couple of times to ask a number of questions and he answered everything. As i was investing ALOT of money i researched many other companies, BUT Steve put my mind at ease AND gave me confidence to purchase from Spa World. Steve was the deciding factor to order from this company. Thanks Steve, If there were more salespersons like you, i would be BROKE! - I will recommend you & SPA world to everyone!!!

Slick sales man who wants a deposit with placing a order for a spa which arrives 7 months later, it's all down hill from there no communication empty promise and to top it off dealing with a call centre which is in New Zealand PS the sales person who originally make the sale can't even call the customer back avoid were possible please people

Steve, Ruby and Tom all communicated well, gave excellent advice, supported us with a delivery issue around the electrics, and convey assurance because they really DO know these products.

We bought a Vortex spa From Spa world Mile end. We dealt with Steve Whyte who was absolutely fabulous from the start to the end. His Knowledge on the product was second to none. We have recommended him to some of our friends who are in the market for a spa. Even after the purchase I contacted Steve about water treatment and he was only too happy to help. Couldn't recommend Steve and Spa world enough. My family love it.

Walked into the Adelaide Store today (Tuesday 14/02/2023) - they were busy but not so busy they couldn't answer a quick question (whilst obtaining a brochure & card). Not only was the answer to our satisfaction but this is post delivery service that truly was "service".

Service was fantastic from start to finish. Steve at the Adelaide branch was extremely helpful and accommodating through to the distribution of the umbrella (which arrived quicker than expected). Maria assisted with a small issue that we had and quickly rectified it. Leaving us very happy customers.

Quick to take your money, but no support or help once it is delivered. Delivery team were excellent. Disappointed considering we bought an expensive spa that we cannot use.

The team at Spa World Adelaide were very down to Earth and helpful as we were researching the purchase of a swim spa. As an expensive investment we wanted to make sure we would be buying a product that suited our needs and to last for a long time. This included considering a number of different products and suppliers.

Steve and Ruby were always very helpful and patient as we visited the showroom a number of times, and we felt that a Vortex swim spa struck the right balance for us in terms of quality, functionality and the configuration of the swim spa that we ended up going with.

Visited the Adelaide showroom and Ruby provided excellent advice. She demonstrated clear understanding of the products and features between models and makes. Ruby took the time to run through various models and ensured that we got personalised service. She was very approachable and balanced with her comments not necessarily favouring one model/make but providing options and features.

Great service from Ruby White at Spa World Adelaide. We had previous looked at Spas but were undecided on the exact model - Ruby listened to what we had to say, offered advice and discussed alternatives. We had already received great service from Steve and really appreciated that Ruby was able to value add. Our spa is now ordered, let the fun times begin.
