There's no need to call us when your cylinders' gas expiry dates are due to expire, our tracking system monitors all of our cylinders and we'll be in touch to arrange replacement cylinders, free of charge, before your medical gases expire. You'll receive an annual cylinder report to download for your records, including barcode details of the types and quantities of medical oxygen and Nitronox cylinders on your account, plus batch numbers and expiry dates. Callouts for exchange cylinders ("refills") and deliveries are carried out by your personal account manager who will liaise directly with you to arrange visits to your site. Quick and efficient
Quick and efficient. The only thing I would mention is that the expiry date is not visible on some items. We had the CQC in and as we had previously opened a bag to view the expiry date, it had made the mask unsterile so needed replacing.

Speedy service, even for us small companies
Could not recommend this company enough, there response and customer service sets them apart from other medical gas providers. I emailed my certs over to them and asked if my order could be processed in a timely manner as I had just won a big and important contract, there normal lay time is 6 weeks for new customers, they managed to arrange delivery within a couple of days. So often are new and small companies overlooked or simply put to the bottom of the pile, not the case with SOS!!! Thank you for such an amazing customer services, from us at Top cover Medics.
