Product was great, price read good. They lied consistently about delivery and frequently simply didn't respond to emails or online chat. Deliveries come from China and take much longer than Spectronic suggest they will

I am very happy with the service provided, this site allowed me to get the phone I really wanted that is not available in England (oppo find n5)

Had it for a month now and it's been flawless.

I was dubious about this site at first but after doing research and reading reviews I was pretty sure the site is legitimate which it is. I was so happy to be able to get this mobile phone which is why I leave 5 ⭐ s, shipping took 8 days for me, FedEx left my parcel outside! I only knew it was there because I sore the van driving away it's a 1400 phone but that's not specs fault. Only advice is.. add another layer of bubble wrap because my box had a few dings on the edges and corners apart from that I am happy.

I ordered a Vivo X200 Pro which stated '48hr dispatch' on the product page. I never received any notification of dispatch, I emailed twice but received no reply. I called twice but no answer (the phone seemed to be a private number rather than a business line...). I opened a case with PayPal and eventually received an email from Spectronic stating they did not have the phone and offering a different colour. I requested a refund via email. I never heard back. PayPal sided with me in the dispute and provided the refund. I do not recommend you order a phone from this company.

Looks dodgy AF, but I got what i ordered (Oppo Find N5) . Brand new from Hong kong.
I ordered form Spectronic because the website lies that the item is in stock and ready to ship in 48 Hours from the UK. Ordered on the 15th arrived on the 27th. Its not the time, its the customer expectations or 48hour dispatch not being met.

✅ 12 Months UK Warranty - Hope i dont have to find out if that is also a lie.

Ordered 10 days ago but aside automated email confirming order received and payment done (PayPal), 0 further comms. Order is "processing", emailing their support produces no response, using chat on website 0 response (tried multiple times), calling them just gives automated message that receiver isn't available. Looks to be a defunct company. Even if they would ever send this order, forget about returns or warranty - there's no way to contact them at all. Avoid! Case with PP opened, let's see what they say.

Edit: PayPal issued me with full refund as the company never responded to their queries either. To underline again - avoid, go to competition that's actually working, this company seems abandoned!

PS. I don't mind waiting but 0 comms from day one and no way to reach the company is one gigantic red flag in my book!

Ordered the OPPO N5 after doing some research and reviewing other Trust pilot reviews from purchaser's. Was somewhat sceptical due to fraud reports that were being flagged on Google, however researching user reviews (and their other reviews against different companies) I realised this was a genuine site.
Have ordered from Wonda Mobile before with no issues and can safely say there were no issues with my order here where they are a similar company.
They answered my concerns/questions over live chat immediately.
Ordered the phone on a Thursday and the phone arrived exactly one week later (writing review on said phone).
Communication after order placed could be slightly improved, however overall 100% happy with this company and would use again.

Not serious people.Pretending to deliver then ask you to wait until they receive the staff from abroad.Weeks and weeks later.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a scam.
After more than a week of ordering a phone. I have not received anything. I have tried to email several times and ring the support number numerous of times but there is never any answer. They try to present a slick website front but don't be fooled. I paid with Paypal so will be disputing through the resolution centre.

I ordered my Vivo X200 Pro and received it within 7 days of the purchase date. It is being shipped from Hong Kong via FedEx. It was the cheapest price in the UK to buy Vivo x200 Pro.

Brilliant, the communication between customer and seller or support were very thorough and gave me the precise tracking information i requested I ordered probably one of the best phones in the world for a cheaper than most price and to my standards I would do future business with spectronic UK

Would highly recommend this to everyone reading this review plus it is exactly what you order. Global version not the Chinese Version which I do not want. Shipped with FedEx.

There payment system is completely rubbish. I made several attempts to purchase a phone and every time there was an error. I have plenty of funds to cover the cost. So very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased an international version of the Vivo X200 Pro. Communication was timely and clear, even as I initially provided an incorrect delivery address, which Spectronic were quick to amend following an email after I'd made the order.

I had the phone in my hands 6 days after placing the order, having received the parcel from Hong Kong. I'm not sure if all orders are like this, but i suspect owing to how efficient the process was, and my phone's market availability in the UK, this is perfectly normal.

Admittedly, I took a bit of a risk buying here given the sporadic feedback on trustpilot to date, however as I paid via PayPal, I thought at the very least I might get my money back if there were any issues.

I've noted the limited 1 year warranty situation, and can't comment on the process as the phone is currently working as expected. Though I'd strongly encourage you to do your research if you are going about buying a phone released exclusively for the Chinese market, and to be fully aware of any nuances you may need in to overcome in order for the phone to function correctly.
