My order did not arrive - the 4-6 day window is passed and the order has not even shipped. Their phone line does not work. They don't respond to emails.

I did some digging and apparently, people eventually get their orders but it could take up to a month. Unless you're actually comfortable being without a phone for a month or wasting the savings by buying a burner phone, avoid Spectronic. Worst decision ever to buy from them.

Filing a dispute with my bank for my money back. Will not accept the order.

Very very bad site to shop phone. I ordered xiaomi 17 ultra it was in stock in the site they delay 3 days nothing happen i contact them after 3 days they chat with me and said its not in stock you need to wait 2 or 3 day more i waited and nothing happen.i ask refund after someday they wrote in the site refunded when i asked paypal they said nothing coming. this story from 6/4/2026 and i open case with paypal to have the refund after 2 or 3 days exactly in 23/4 the paypal sent me tracking number and from this date until now the post not move .they trick people and make them wait and i dont know if i will have my money or no.

I bought the phone on March 27th. And this is my biggest mistake. It still hasn't shipped. I've been trying to contact them every day, no response. I've opened a case with PayPal to get my money back. Please don't even try to buy from this page.

my phone arrived within 8 days of ordering and works great with my sim card in the UK, only reason it wasn't 5stars was because they sent me the wrong colour but I can live with that, I would definitely order from them again

Right, firstly, the company are legit. Secondly, they are completely awful at correspondence after your website purchase. I bought a phone on 1st December, received a invoice and nothing else. After a week I was fretting over the money I'd spend and because I was looking at these reviews I thought I'd been scammed. As you may guess, this company are not based in the UK. The emails don't work and the UK phone number doesn't exist.
Luckily, I paid through PayPal so I opened a case. The 19th December, they reported contact with the company and same day I got dispatch notification. Phone arrived Xmas eve and I'm very happy with it.
My advice is make sure your use PayPal and expect to be scared you've been scammed. Hopefully you'll be like me and it'll work out! Good luck

This company is a scam ...dont buy!! Ive been waiting 2 months and nothing....no response nothing nothing nothing.

I would give no stars if that was an option.

Its now 19th november, I ordered a phone on october 31st and was advised 3-6 working days delivery. After a week I hadnt received any update on the order so sent an email to their support email address and got no response.
I then used their web chat countless times to enquire and again got no response. I followed up by attempting to contact the number listed on their website which goes to a dead line, after days attempting to contact them i finally got a response via their web chat and was advised the phone i had ordered wasnt in stock, they would be receiving new stock on Friday 14th november and my phone would be sent out the following monday.
We are now on wednesday, I have attempted to contact them several times and got no response but oddly when ive messaged stating that I will be raising a dispute with my bank and I want a refund, they order was updated to "partially shipped", their tracking service says "order ready" indicating that the order still hasn't left their warehouse. I find it hard to believe that it is even in stock.
The customer service from spectronix is abysmal, I have made countless attempts to contact them for updates and now to cancel my order only to receive no response whatsoever. I can only advise you to order from these at your own risk.
After further digging into their business ive found they are based in Japan posing as a UK based company, so I dont think my order will be being fulfilled in 3-5 days even if it was sent out today.

Approached this company with a bit of trepidation for my first order. Was quite worried about complaints about customer service when things went wrong, but touch wood, everything has gone swimmingly.

Phone turned up (from HK to the UK) 8 days after ordering.

Ordering itself was easy and within 4 days had an email saying that the phone was dispatched along with a tracking number.

The only issue that I had was that I did try and contact CS to ask what the lead-time was on the order as the charge sat pending on my CC for three days, but didn't receive an answer.

In conclusion - decent prices but could be a bit more approachable and responsive on the Customer Service side. Lose one star for that.

Will consider using again in the future when other household phones need replacing.

Opted for the Xiaomi 15 ultra with the camera package, slight delay with the delivery which was more down to FedEx. Correspondence and the price was first class. From ordering on a Sunday it took 5 working days to arrive, which in the grand scheme of things is good.

After placing the order - no contact with company (phone, chat, email). Aviod them at any cost.

Bought the new flip 7. Got it in no time. The delivery was super quick. I would 100% recommend this website.

An age old important step in retail is to under-promise and over-deliver. Unfortunately this company seems to do the opposite which is unfortunate. Bold claims like 48 hour deliveries are only going to lead to disappointment from a customer's perspective when in truth it takes up to 2 weeks. Honesty about where the order is shipped from is also important. Not all the phones are held in the UK. My delivery came from Hong Kong. Communication also leaves a lot to be desired. No response on "Live Chat" most of the time, no one picks up the phone. It makes it easy for people to assume that this company is not legit. I came very close to calling my credit card company.

Thankfully I did not. My phone did arrive and it is great! Someone did finally respond to my Live Chat messages and explained about the delay. So yes, the company is real, but leaving customer's hanging when they've parted with around £1000 gives them palpitations. Transparency and better communication would go a long way.

Very long shipping, I had to wait 11 days.

I was a bit sceptical after reading previous reviews that didn't sound to great. But as it was a UK company, I chose to take the risk and was pleasantly surprised. Quick delivery & the mobile phone was exactly as described. Packaging could have been a bit better as the box was slightly damaged, however the phone itself was fine.

I would have given this company 5 stars but I had to nudge them to send it after 9 days waiting to hear about my order. After receiving my order it is exactly what I ordered, really great phone and I am very satisfied with it.
