Our range includes casual wear, tracksuits, retro-inspired clothing, genuine leather footwear, sandals and selected workwear and lifestyle items. Some products are available immediately, while others are offered on pre-order. For pre-order items, we clearly communicate the expected ordering and delivery timelines so customers understand the process before purchasing. SpeedTrainer is an online-only business. Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners, with alternative collection options such as lockers or PAXI pickup points available for certain locations. Once an order is dispatched, customers receive tracking information so they can follow their parcel. Customer service is central to our business. We aim to provide accurate product information, clear order updates and practical assistance before and after every purchase. Where an item becomes unavailable, we contact the customer and offer suitable alternatives or a refund where appropriate. We appreciate every customer who chooses SpeedTrainer and value honest feedback about their shopping experience. The quality of my Chelsea T-shirt is good and of good quality. I am just not happy with the turnaround time. I was told the item is in stock but it took close to 2 months for delivery.

To be frank I was really skeptical to order from here because I wasn’t familiar with the store and there were some discrepancies with the online store and the physical stores from Google. But before ordering called all the numbers and spoke with Leonard (I think That’s what he said his name is) very calm guy. He reassured I’ll get my order on time and explained that reviews look the way they look because they just recently joined these platforms for reviews etc even though the stores have been there for decades. I received my order and got exactly what I wanted (omega Sandle ) they were in good condition and beautifully wrapped. The courier service also delivered on time (2 business days) and mind you I’m in Mpumalanga. I’m really impressed. Thank you

Feeback response times were excellent, and delivery happened on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. The only negative is the time it takes to receive the items which took a week but that is a very small negative.

I made my purchase on 1 of September …

I made my purchase on 1 of September but I got my order on 17 September..there was no communication until I used ur watsaap number..

During the delay, we communicated via WhatsApp, explained the supplier hold-up and offered a full refund if you preferred not to wait. We also shared tracking details once your shoes were dispatched. We do appreciate your point about having to follow up, and we should have been more proactive with updates.
