Avoid at all costs - non existent customer service!
I ordered three sets of dies from Spellbinders but only received two of them. When I queried this, I received a very rude, off-hand email telling me the missing item was out-of-stock - even though it was showing as in-stock on their website and as 'shipped' on my invoice! I received a refund for less than the missing item actually cost and was told I could now reorder it (thereby having to pay another postage charge!). To add insult to injury, I then received emails asking me to review all three sets of dies, including the one I hadn't received.
