Exceptional cleaning
The cleaning service overall was excellent, Sureia was really professional and the quality of the cleaning was exceptional.
There was about 30 mins delay, probably due to transportation during the weekend which is fine. But a message to inform of the delay would have been nice, we had to call to get confirmation that someone was coming.

The ladies were very good, but I expected at least one person who could understand English and we had to use google translate to do the basics.

I am not satisfied with the explanation that spicandspan provided during the recent move in cleaning problems that we had. I did not push for more explanation because I am in the middle of a move and very busy. The explanation was not satisfactory and typical of service providers like this, pushed the blame on the cleaning staff. If the cleaning staff has been doing what she has been doing for a week, why did the company continue sending her to us? this is my home and it is a question of trust and security.
