Enquiry
I went on to chat with expert last as general error came up in the middle of a game asked why errors came up chat could not answer it asked for my user name which I gave it said couldn't find my account the sad thing is when errors come up and you go back into game unlike others it doesn't set you back to the game or spot error came up,it spoils the user experience on an otherwise great site

Dear Reviewer,
Thank you for your review of Spin and Win online. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent experience.
We can assure you, that the games offered on our sites use the latest RNG software available in the industry to draw winners. The algorithm generates completely random results which lacks any pattern and where one outcome does not define the next, making it completely unpredictable.
Your bet frequency & amount is not in direct proportion to the odds of triggering wins as you could trigger a big win on your 1st spin due to the random nature.
Added to that we are fully licensed and regulated by UKGC & AGCC and all of our games on this site are fully audited and extensively tested to ensure fair play and honest pay outs in accordance with the games’ RTP.
Please email us at reviews@rank.com with your account details and we will look into the issue you experienced.
We really hope that the next time you log in to Spin and Win, it is a positive experience. We will be working hard to make sure of this.

Well I love the site
Well I love the site. It’s ok. I stake low and have a good time on here. They have masses of games to choose from. It’s all about enjoying your self. You win some days n not others, it’s gambling . I win a bit and withdraw it and play with what I’ve left. Just withdrawing £10 is a bonus if you don’t spend much, but even small stakes give good payouts when I’m on a winning streak. 10p stake and won £100 I nearly fell over. So withdrew it and played with what I’d left lovely. I just relax n play till my moneys gone or dosent. Theirs nothing wrong with the site to me.
