I put my initial £10 in and saw that I had a £10 bonus in the account too....as advertised. After going through my £10 I saw that my bonus wasn't popping up and assumed I probably needed to have a more in depth look later and so I paid another £10 in. Of course I lost this too. I looked and looked at how I could use my £10 bonus but there was no way to use it and unhelpful/ inaccurate FAQ help. I went on chat help and " Hannah" came on after a 20 minutes wait. She looked in my account and said there was no £10 bonus there. I said that there definitely was . She advised me to photo shot it and send it by email to their support section. Lo and behold , when I went back into my account the £10 was GONE! This is a con and theft. You sneaky, underhand creepy crooks. This is not a mistake. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. Hannah ..you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope they're paying you at least the minimum wage.

When you complain that your games are not working right, and you keep geting logged out and you get a chat operator asking you if u agreed to a 10 pound bonus,which they know i did, but to then have same issues playing games,when asked her if she knew games was not working right I was then told my account was going to be blocked and safer gambling involved
The point here is they let me deposit knowing games was nit working correctly, kept going off. Giving 4 stars as there is many good games which I like on the site. Withdrawals are fast, usually in my account within a few hours, and stress free, you don’t have to send them lots of personal documents to verify your account (which annoys me with other sites) I’ve had a couple of ok wins on the site so far, so enjoying playing. Only downfall is that sometimes the games freeze and kicks you out the game saying an error has occurred, but doesn’t happen too much so not a big issue

Approach with caution
I use many online gaming sites. This is perhaps the worst I've encountered. Far too many 'errors' making the games close down and asking you to refresh to play. When you refresh, the game in action has finished and the stake has been taken. I've lost at least £20 in stakes in the last 24 hours due to 'errors'. They claim 'unfinished games' are completed when disconnected or encounter an error - however, in games like slingo, the player has choices to make - which can't happen if the game ceases. Online chat is available but I've never managed to get through - it always cuts off when you are number 1 in the queue.
The transaction history is impossible to use - requiring you input 'conditions' but there is no explaination of what these conditions actually are. Avoid this site - there are far better and more transparent sites.
