I got big win when the game crashed, and after restarting the session the win was never recieved. I tried to contact help centre bu was waiting in the chat room for hour without any respond while been n.1 in que.

I signed up and deposited but despite the koney leaving my account it never showed up in my Spinandwin account. Customer services were as much use as a chocolate tea pot as they expect you to send endless emails/messages to try and trace the money you paid them! I thought I’ll leave it a few days and see what happens(might mysteriously appear) but when I’ve gone to log in today they have locked my account. You be the judge but if you want my opinion I would steer clear of this site and any rank group casino as a matter of caution.

I'll change the rating if they give me back what I deposited this week and exclude me.

I know it's gambling but it's suppose to be fun but not when you lose 3-4 hands in a row to a stupid blackjack or 21 for the dealer. They somehow always get the better results than you. If you have 21 (Not a blackjack) and they get a 10 on their hands they ALWAYS have an Ace hidden. It's pathetic.

After I've been with this casino for years today in the middle of a game it closed my account which I still have money In and now can not get out, you can win or loose with this casino I've never has a really big win in the years, but try, they have, had my documents, so I'm not understanding this horrible customer client closure, I am sure if they are going to do that I have a right to the money still in my account. I was a bit dubious to sign up after the bad reviews but I've had no issues, signed up, played won and withdrawn £300, withdrawl was fast and I recieved funds by the next morning. Some games are a bit laggy and I got logged out during play once or twice but overall I have had no problems at all

Update after waiting for nearly an hour on live chat told my winnings were void due to a bonus balance. When checking terms and conditions for the bonus that I had the max I could win use was £500 but they are now telling me its was £25 absolutely ridiculous. So out of a £889.25 I was given £25.
I have never come across this with any casino I have played a bonus with..

I self excluded myself from this and still get emails concerning offer, clearly illegal and I have telephoned the Gambling Commission of that fact..

After my deposit if £20 i won £50 i withdraw the money but still not received in my account .
I spoke with them on live support explainned the issues i had they said in 3 wirking days i will have the money in my account and after 4 days i found my account locked

I saw how cheating the game I haved 32pounds and I play with 0.20bet and when a pres I have 22pounds so just he took 10pounds!!!I send email but nothingjuat wast your time and money

Well up to last week I had no issues with this gaming company. Last week deposited £20 loaded blackjack the game crashed.

Reloaded it had 2 hands 1 £3 hand 1 £2 hand.

£3 hand won I had blackjack £2 hand lost.

Went to play a 2nd round the balance lowered to £8.

I didn't hit play. I contacted support via livechat.

Got contact fairly quickly but was told that the gaming provider had to review the game. Further to this I.was told that I'd have to wait upto 10 wrkung days for this to be resolved.

Anyway 2 day it was sorted. There was an error in the game. Now at the very least for waiting this time for them to sort it at least I would have expected spintowin to offer as a gesture some free play.

Nothing just sorry that's all I got.

At first I was thinking it's my browser is the problem but now I realize that it was them,for the people who is new here please be careful this casino is only a scam when you win they will block your account and no customer service happen.it seem like I'm not the only one who have the same problem with this casino,they don't even deserve a 1star.

Dont expect to win anything even if you do. They suspended my account after a big win ( no bonus winning ) won from cash ballance. When i contacted them they said it was tor verify but I recieved NO comms from them to verify or regarding my withdrawl. Only comms i was sent from them spam for promos. You have been warned.

Having been a loyal customer for years and having spent over the years the price of a house, today i got locked out, i spoke to customer services saying that it was my bank, it wasnt as my bank is ok with other companys, so she said i needed verification, which i have done years ago she said their is nothing like that on their system, so you can have my money for years, then suddenly decide you want to verify me again, its all ok by me as they are not that great of a casino never had any big wins, games seem to be long winded no payouts sometimes you get a rare payout but nothing above 1 grand, which they take back if you keep playing! so glad they stopped me as i have gone somewhere else where i did win...regards samir

Wouldn't believe the previous reviews that this site is rigged. Deposited £20 and ended up winning over £200 on first attempt! Can't comment right now on withdrawal but thought it was a fantastic first experience! Will definitely play again!

This site is the worst going, pay out is terrible, you may get the free spins but you get nothing.
