Had great experience with this site my wife hut 500 off of free play and received the funds I've hit and been payed out idk why it only has 3 stars should be higher in my opinion

I like the site my only complaint is the waiting period when redemption.

Was thrilled w this platform. Really loved it, at one time. A lot of bugs, but they are still new, and working on it. I get it. Then, (unfortunately) they started getting screwy w the games. I hit over 200 Friday, after grinding for several hours, and noticed the game I was on, celestial flame, wasn't popping the feature unless I paid for the bonus. I switched out to a few other games and noticed that all of a sudden, my ability to hit the right combinations for winning spins had disappeared, and every single game I played had stopped hitting. Bonus features were frozen and wouldn't hit unless I bought em, and even those weren't paying out. Spent 40 bucks each on one game and in return won 6, 19, 20 something... What the hell... and for one game, 3 hours playing and (according to the platform) about $1800 circulated through, and not one of the featured specials popped on its own the last couple hours...

There's always the chance it was a server error I guess, so if they get back to me with a bs story about a server glitch and at least throw me a rake back % on the playthrough I did (again... Almost 2k played that day), even only about the level for newer lower level players in the platforms that offer it, which would be an insult, considering I've unlocked almost all their badges over the last couple years, would show the pretense that they supposedly care about the players' enjoyment level, not just how much they can skim off players, instead.

Update ... The 100 I already had cashed out with earlier that day? I received an email that it was finished processing. That was earlier yesterday morning when I received it. I still don't have my money...

Another update... Spinfinite responded 3 hours ago and says their customer service team has been in touch... Not true. Only word I've heard is I'll have to upload ID again... Money still isn't available to play or process as redemption again, no rakeback, refund, or logical explanation for the game going for hours, and hundreds of dollars, and not one feature that I didn't have to purchase first... I don't call that customer service. Anyway, It's now the 17th, and the bank transfer still isn't completed. It denied because they didn't use ACH, and the funds still aren't available to me on any way... They aren't as prompt as they used to be with responding to emails either... Upsetting, as I was a huge fan and bragged about their site so often to people I know, and defended the glitches with them being a newer platform ...

I know it’s hard to believe, (I can hardly believe) But I hit a monster win well into the thousands on a $.80 and yeah a little time consuming on the with draw process but definitely worth the wait. Definitely a little paranoid on getting my winnings into my account but the money is and has made it into my pocket. Highly recommend…. But spend what you can and have a blast. It’s a decent casino

Easy redemption after my kyc. I turned 10 into 156 and redeemed no more problem

So I’m returning to this review because I do not feel like a good conscience I can leave a five star. I am no longer gonna be a customer with these guys. So I’ll tell you that the site is “real” it’s not a scam. You will get your money eventually.

But this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on a sweepstake site. The communication is just awful. When you finally get a response it sounds ai.

The games are fine but the “pop up” offers are ridiculous and are constantly in the way and almost impossible not to click and it ruins your rhythm and I truly think that’s the intention.

Players are encouraged to leave a positive review for free SC if that should tell you anything.

I would not play on here and to be honest I don’t think this site will survive and there’s a ton of options out there.

The 72hr redemption process is terrible the only reason it’s there is so that you cancel it. This is their emails regarding redemptions it sounds almost encouraged to cancel it.

“During this time you can decide to reverse your redemption which will credit your SC balance back straight away for you to enjoy.”

“If you do nothing during this time, your redemption will leave the system and be with you via your bank shortly afterwards”.

To me that’s like (come on dude caaaancel).

Move on guys. Even though the redemptions are real something about the site just isn’t right.

2 stars instead of my previous 5 star. You guys don’t communicate and you just don’t seem like you care to be completely honest.

The response they will give to this post is the most communication you’ll get out of them.

Ended up landing a jackpot way sooner than I expected. I’d use it again.
