Great Service from Expert People

I had a mixed feelings from the day i bought this car. Had a lot issue. Sincerely I was very much dissatisfied first due to service and promised I was made.Eventually Nishank was the person who continuously was in contact with me to fix all the issue which I had. I must say he has patience to listen and keep calm even when the customer is very irrated. The way he handles to resolve the issue was fantastic. I would rate him 5/5 for the effort which he gave it to me.
Yes everything is not in his hand, it is the company which makes decisions and makes things delayed.
He was able to explain me every minute details.
I am happy that Nishank is with Spinny giving his best to make customer delight.
On the other hand i would also like to appreciate Ovesh for his effort to resolve the query on time.
He always gave me an assurance and never have me false hope.
He has great knowledge and was able to give me the correct decision with his expert opinion.
I was also happy when Mr Sushil stepped in to resolve one of my issue which indeed was done by someone else.
His visit to my place was his kind gesture in this tremendous hot weather but I had no choice as I had other commitments as well.

As a while I really feel that these 3 peple deserves special Award for their effort, knowledge and the expert level to handle the most difficult situations.

Hats off to every one.

I would really feel great if Spinny gives them a great achievement award.

Thank you everyone for all your services and the efforts that you have made it to me.

I am also touched when they said me if any issue comes further they can connect at any point of time.

Unprofessional behaviour


Spinnys India, Bengalurub
Initially the company Spinnys gave me an offer of Rs 2.94 Lakhs and asked me to accept immediately. I accepted. Spinny confirmed and fixed place and date for delivery. After acceptance and appointment confirmation for Rs.2.94 lakhs , they unilaterally cancelled. Tried calling back no response. After 2 hours they reduced offer to Rs 2.64 lakhs and said take it or leave it.

This professional attitude, After giving 1st offer and then withdrawing is not acceptable. The telecontact person was not helpful and the lady said, take the revised offer or leave it.

I sold my car with Spinny and the experience of selling and receiving payment on the spot was smooth. The documentation and communication provided was strong. One challenge though, ownership transfer for my car is still not complete even after my sold car is further sold by Spinny to their customer.

Dear Spinny Team,

Dear Spinny Team,

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction regarding the car I purchased from your Vadodara Spinny hub.

Within just 5 days of purchase, the car’s AC stopped working. I immediately reported the issue and handed over the vehicle to your service centre.

It has now been more than 20 days, and the issue is still unresolved. Every time I follow up, I am being told “one more day,” which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

This kind of delay and lack of proper communication is not expected from a company like Spinny. A basic issue like AC should not take this long to diagnose or fix.

I request you to:
1. Provide a clear explanation of the issue and why it has taken so long.
2. Fix the AC problem immediately with proper resolution.
3. Share a definite timeline (not daily delays).

If this issue is not resolved within the next 3 days, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Court for deficiency in service.

Please treat this as urgent and respond at the earliest.

Resolution after Escalation

I was experiencing difficulties getting my issue resolved through the customer service team. However, once the matter was escalated to the Spinny social media team, they responded promptly and helped secure a quick resolution to my concern.

The price offered was reasonable(probably could havebeen slightly more)and payment by RTGS was done without any delay after the paper work as required by the Company was done and vehicle delivery was taken same day.No hassles in the entire process. How hard for to hv a open wifi network for customers. Is that too expensive for u or you think why the fu*k we should give all those service. If they want to buy buy eat and go.

The response was prompt

The response was prompt. A technician was deputed to check the vehicle, which went very well. The offer price was accepted by me.
The promised amount was transferred (less 5K) immediately after vehicle handing over and agreement. The final payment was released within a couple of days after sale by Spinny.
