Hi Caroline, we have been in touch via email. It was down to an incorrect postcode. Just one digit, easily done. We have looked up the correct postcode and have got it redirected. It should be arriving tomorrow.

I tried spiritsmith and now want more.
I decided an item on spiritsmith was the correct present for a friend’s birthday. I went ahead and bought it but sadly I failed to change the address.
Quickly realising my order would go to the wrong address I called the company x Joanna answered and said she could sort everything out no problem.
I was so happy the address got changed.
Yesterday the present arrived and I was sent some amazing pictures.
Spirit smith did not dissapoint. It was personalised with her name and inside were fairy lights and everything.
Couldn’t be happier as a gift these guys are top notch.
