professional thoughtful products and service
I got the customisable gift for a friend. the selection on offer is small but really well thought out and clearly well curated. the customer service was also incredibly professional. They needed to get in touch with me for some admin reasons, and went as far as to google how to pronounce my name correctly! I mean if you are that thoughtful on an admin call just imagine how much thought you have put into your product?!

Fabulous gift
From the start, the Spiritsmith web site was easy to navigate. Hamper ordered and arrived on time, as advised via the ordering process. I didn’t open the hamper as it was a gift, but the recipient was absolutely delighted! Would I use Spiritsmith again? Totally!

Beautiful pink gin hamper
Ordered the pink gin hamper for my granddaughters 18th birthday when i opened it I was lost for words It is absolutely gorgeous 💯 perfect, I know my granddaughter will absolutely love it, also delivered before delivery date which gave me more time to admire it 😊

Sorted in the end
Well, the product I was after looked ideal and the website even had an option to pick a date to delver which was great as saved me having to come back at a later date. However to my dismay this wasn’t factored in and I got notification that it would be delivered in a day or 2 instead of the 12 days or so I wanted it delivered in. I emailed the customer service team and Philippa sorted it v quickly in cancelling the delivery and ringing me with an explanation. She then also made sure it got moved each day so that it will be delivered on the desired day. It was nearly a mess up and issues with websites happen but the way it was dealt with is the important thing and Philippa was worth the 5 stars.

I ordered a personalised gift set for a good friend’s 60th birthday gift on behalf of a group of friends.
Not only did I receive a response to email sent during the Easter bank holidays, a personal call from Joanna to ensure my order was just as I would like it to be. The gift was well received and the attention to detail throughout has been excellent. I highly recommend this company.

After encountering a problem on the Spiritsmith website I contacted them via email, they were so grateful that I had brought it to their attention (as they were unaware until that point) and fulfilled my order for me via email/PayPal instead and even included a couple of extras to say thank you.
I was so impressed when the product arrived, it was so beautifully presented, I will be proud to give this gift.
I would definitely use this company again and wish more companies offered this level of customer service. Well done and thank you!
