Soup is “Watery”
The presentation is beautiful and thoughtful but the soup is watery, not filling at all especially for the price. It wouldn’t cost them much more to throw in extra noodles, rice etc. It’s very tasty but not a meal unless you eat all the rolls with it. PS, I’m a small female.

I am trying to reach you to see if our package was delivered today as agreed upon. We sent it to make sure they had it on Sunday. Very frustrated
Very frustrated. My order was about one week late to be delivered to the family where I was sending it.It had to be thrown out. I have sent several emails and haven’t gotten an answer. I luckily charged it on my credit card. It is being investigated. I feel I will get a refund. Had I put it on my debit card, I would not get reimbursed. they offered to give me store credit with one e-mail. I said no. Hear we sit in limbo land.
