Super people to deal with there as well as excellent product to enjoy!

I would give 10 stars if it was an option. This company is amazing and everyone that I know, that has received a box are thrilled. I sent a comfort box to a friend with condolences. The package didn't arrive, because I put the wrong zip code. These boxes are not cheap, and I couldn't afford to pay again. I contacted customer service and wanted to see if they would discount a replacement. They resent the box at No Charge! I only paid the shipping! I was thrilled. It was totally my fault, but the fixed it without hesitation! My friend called when it arrived and loved it. He opened the cookies right away and said they were delicious and he was having the soup that night.
I can't say enough about how wonderful they are as a company and how nice it is to find someone who cares!

You can hear the smile in their voice. They go above and beyond to make your experience pleasant. The products are always amazing and high quality. Product is great!! Delivery was not! Product was on a truck at 6:39am with delivery window of 10:10am to 2:10pm. Then changed to “by end of working day” with no time. Product was finally delivered at 10:45pm and left out by the garage and in the driveway and not at front door. Recipient found it around 1:30am.

While the ordering, tracking, and delivery processes are always flawless, I base my overall experience on the recipients' views. And 100% of the time, everyone I've sent a care package to has not only been wowed by the contents but has also raved about the quality and taste of the soups, bread and cookies. Spoonful of Comfort is my go-to when it comes to providing an uplifting moment for friends or clients.

The product selection is great, good quality and super tasty. I have a corporate account, and I always get compliments from people who I've sent care packages to.

My only problem is that I often have issues when logging in to their website; which I've reported to them.

I’m truly bewildered by the 4.6 rating. I absolutely love spoonful of comfort and use them for every sympathy gift and more at work for our team of 40 employees. The entire experience is high-quality, including the delicious soup (chicken noodle is my go to) the roles and cookies as well are fantastic plus the cute little ladle that goes with the gift. And, there is a corporate rate which makes it even more attractive as a service to use to acknowledge things are employees face, and try to make sure they feel special and seen.

I have been sending care packages with Spoonful of Comfort for at least four years now. I’m super satisfied and will continue using them. Great job, Spoonful of Comfort team! And again, I always love the ladle, and our teammates do as well. Such a fun touch, beautiful packaging and clear delivery timelines. Again, I’ve never had anything short of an incredible experience with this company.

When we order a basket for our clients your company is very professional and efficient in getting the gift packaged and sent out to our clients. I really appreciate that since we have a problem sometimes with delays in service with other companies.

This is the sixth time that I’ve sent a spoonful of comfort gift to someone and the reviews from the recipients are always positive. All of the food is incredible especially the chicken and rice soup, and the packaging is lovely. I’ve only ever had one problem with a delivery, and it was taken care of promptly! I highly recommend the Spoonful of Comfort gift.
