These many days I didn't face any problem from sportsbet.io but from last 15-20days I'm facing problem with them my money getting debited from my account and not getting deposited into my sportsbet account I couldn't understand what is happening

I had couple of deposits which got failed but the funds got debited from my bank and didnt reflect in sportsbet account. I tried reaching their customer service and they asked me to wait for 14 bussines days which I did and still didn't get the funds. I tried reaching my bank they said the funds has been claimed by the merchant(sportsbet). But sportsbet deny that saying they haven't got any update from the payment provider. It's been more than 50 days since the issue started and I get to hear the same reply from the customer service saying that they are expecting a reply from the payment provider and they can't give any time frame. I am requesting an email stating that they didnt get the funds to be sent to the bank email Id so that I can raise a dispute with my bank.
I tried reaching their chat support numerous times and I get ti to hear this standard reply for the past 50 days.

I have been with sportsbet for 2 years now and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I will never recommend sportsbet to anyone

I wrote them over 10 emails a day, they are answering me here that they are waiting my answer but they are liers, they don’t answer me anything and send me the same email every time when i write here a review!!! And i send them 10 emails after that and no answer. Liers because i won 1680 euros, are you serious give me my money!!! I will sue you!!!

They stole my deposit and have a very rude and poor customer service. It seems they rellish more on stealing people's money rather than actually keeping reoccurring customers. Very dumb and greedy company.

Nice try but im not in the UK and this is the website i've been using: https:// sportsbet.io/ sports. Probably for 2-3 months or so. If you unlock my account you will see the deposit you stole. Also i tried talking to your live chat and emailed you but both gave the same story. Would not refund and would not deposit. I can forward you their email if you want.

Try searching for Shamay and you will find me. I will tell them to forward the emails but i cant guarantee they will reach. I hope you understand my frustration.

Edit: I emailed them after Steve told me with instructions to forward my emails to Steve. Didnt even get a reply. I rest my case.

i think all these negative reviews are fake, i am using sportsbet from last 1 year and they are one of the best site, Support is super awesome , they reply you fast and solve any problem you have as soon as possible, i sent them KYC documents and my account got verified within 10 hours, best thing is withdraws only take upto 10 minutes.

Hello, My user id is alex566. I have been using sportsbet.io since last 2 months and I find it a very good platform to bet on, the bets were clean and withdrawals were quick but 4 days ago my withdrawal of $7000 was suddenly rejected and I was asked to submit KYC documents.
I understand that and I completed every step within 4-5 hours, I provided them all the documents they asked but than I am waiting since last 3 days for any reply from the support team.
I am mailing them continuously, asking the live support chat too about the reason behind this hold up but I get no response from them. Atleast you guys can tell me how much time it will take..
My brother who referred me have been using your website since last 2 years, he told me he have done transactions of over 32 Bitcoins, he never got any problem in withdrawals.

Please if any support member is reading this than help me.

Update : The support staff took 1 week to complete their verification process and now all restrictions are lifted from my account.

And I see sportsbet.io literally answer everyone to solve it and many of the claims are false, where they stay quiet after they get an answer from sb.io.

Let me just say this:
I have not had any issues, and I bet big. And they are very quick on withdrawals, even if its 5k USD it max takes 20-30 minutes till its processed.

Do not let you get fooled from all these negative reviews, usually its always the people losing finding their way to trustpilot.

Number one scammer in batting world. When you loss you are good but when you win they restricted your account and unable to withdraw your fund. When my account balance 1500$ they restricted my account and tell kyc verification need. I sent all documents and also video verification they take. After that they tell i have many account and disable my acvount. I have only one account. Its totally scammer site. If win you have pain. My user id bdeye11

The SportsBook industry is in complete shambles. The amount of sharp people who can win bets at will has increased dramatically.

So what do they do? Ask for KYC then confiscate funds and create issues. Total cowards. At this rate they can just print money by rejecting people who win and confiscating their winnings.

plenty of bad things to say here, have been a customer for quite some time and have experienced a lot, but really a lot of technical issues. live betting not available, multi betting not available, deposits not available. When chatting wit the live chat they told me that I would get on the goodies list for al these malfunctions and missing out on placing a bet on my favorite sports. Today I have another malfunction and asked them about the goodie list. They simply told me that it isn't because you are on the goodie list that you will get anything. afterwards they told me that putting them under pressure won't help either, even tough I was just kindly asking if something went wrong. won't recommend this betting site to anyone! stay as far away as you can.

I placed a money line $400 live bet on MLB (KC Royals vs. C Cubs on August 20) with odds of 4.75. When I placed the bet, the Royals where behind 0-2, Cubs had 2 bases, and the game was in Chicago. So, the odds were completely fair given the Cubs were clear favorites at that point of time. The bet was successfully placed and confirmed. If you actually use their Livebet, you can see they have about 20 seconds of pause to validate your bet and avoid any mistake. The bet was confirmed after this pause.
Then as I had predicted, the Royals came back to to win the game 6-2. But, when I went to their website, I was shocked to see my bet worth of $1900 winnings has been voided!
Imagine my frustration. So, I quickly used their so called "live chat". Provided my bet ID, and all the answer I was given was the bet was correctly voided because we have the rights to void live bets. When I asked to talk to a manager, she said "I am the manager on the shift" and I have already answered you so I will close the chat now. She closed that chat and signed me out of my account. I logged-in again trying to chat again with the live agent, again they signed me out and revoked my so called "live chat privilege. I have all these documented, and have the screenshots if anybody wants to see them.
If they are willing to damage their reputation just for $1900, imagine what they will do for more significant amounts.

I do not have an associated account. I requested explanation on this, and no response was provided other then their templated email.

I had about 1G of outright bet outstanding, and this is what happens.

They hide behind KYC to scam you out of your money, first they will ask for a copy of your ID and some bill with your address on it, pretty normal right? nope, that won't be enough next they will ask you to send more stuff to a company in Estonia (lol) called veriff. Good luck if they have a leak or they use you identity for malicious purposes, and this is how this scam works they use KYC as an excuse to steal your wins.

Do your own research. The reviews are fake to me here on trust pilot about some guys who gave 1 star for the football related investors.
