They blocked my account with winnings.
I passed all KYC that they requested from me and after that they just withdraw all my winnings from my account and let me withdraw only deposit.
They took everything that i won without any reason.

I deposited ₹5000 in the account my ticket won ₹14750. But when it came to withdrawal they always told me to message at securitysportsbet.io. After mailing them for 2-3 times they told me to verify the account on the website which I did. After that they told me to verify the account on veriff as it's a security procedure. I thought that wow such a good company thinks a lot about its customer.

After verification in the veriff they have stopped replying me i have wrote tons of email they just won't even bothered to reply. Their live chat says just wait we can't do anything.

Idk this this was such a great website when I use to play from my friends account but all of a sudden they are not replying and disabled my account. I guess I have been cheated and i won't get my money. I will update if they give my money or not.

Update 1- I tried mailing them on all of their mails but no reply, i went to chat options from different account but they banned me.

Update 2- I got a mail from them saying that our concerned team is investigating the matter. I asked them how long it would take they haven't replied yet let's see it they give my money or not

Update 3- A guy wrote a review after me but and got response from sportsbet but to me they don't even respond here i m 99.9% sure that my money is gone

Update 4- They are not replying me back and not giving my money back. Now my deposit+winnings both gone. Guys they are just fraud please I beg you not to play with them. When I lost with them they never asked verification but when I won this all verification stupidity came. How i swear that i will never ever gamble and work hard

Hello guy ! my history : im add 100$ deposit and win 2000$ . when im try cash out it just blockmy money !! here casino scammed !!! it say me need KYc but im play with bitcoin .it was designed to remain anonymous . Update #3 Community Manager Steve seem to wanna avoid what crypto was founded for and simple fact its not be traced therefore a user prefer be anonymous. Crypto sportsbook and a normal online sportsbook are way different idk what world you live in seem to be your very own!! Also simple fact you KYC customers and don’t even offer a customer cool down periods is damn awful !! my 1.4 eth which of it 1eth is my deposit !! That I have sitting in your sports book should be returned to me when I process a withdrawal . Update #4 I wanna thank Steve and Sportsbet.io for letting me have my ETH plus a bit of what I gained .4 ETH to be exact I was able to have this sent to my ETH wallet address without KYC verification thank you for respecting what crypto is all about ! I wanna say sadly my account has been closed and will not open any other account which I never intended to . Please in the future for other sake 48hrs withdrawal after deposit is kind of steep just line the low blow of KYC verification hope to see this issue resolved and wish all the best to you

my username is sarahelashry and made 3 deposits of 100$ i played many times and lost and won the last time and got to a balance of 1000$ i withdraw and it was declined they after asked for kyc verification and provided all of them even made the email verification which required a selfie picture and i got verified but still couldnt withdraw they sent me an email 4days after and told me i have more then 1 account and that my account got suspended and disabled but i never openend a other account i am still waiting for a other reply from the team

Do not even approach this notorious bookie. I won 4-3 free bets, later they recognized and it was closed. They will ask KYC verification to make sure that you can't withdraw your funds, but they will gladly accept your deposits. Please, stay away.

I started to bet with sportsbetio.Uk a few weeks a go , after they asked me for some documents, they just blocked my user account , i was planning to use my money but I couldn’t, because MY MONEY IS BLOCKED !!!
How it’s possible???

I actually was happy with my sportsbet.io experience until all of a sudden they deprived me of free betting without a reason or any reasonable explanation. They told me that my account was not eligible for a free bet which is a total lie because just last week, I won $10 bonus twice; they paid and I free bet with it.
I got another $10 through 4-3-free game yesterday however neither the bonus nor my other free bet predictions, which were also made earlier, show up on my acount today.
I can prove my case with photos but they don't seem to care. Hope, this can be solved but I'm not so positive about it.
