Played on the site for one evening after making 2 small deposits, the next day i receive a rude email prying for information of a personal nature and asking do i have a problem with gambling etc.
This was the start of there email from a employee call Jimmy- "We have noticed changes in your deposit behaviours recently so we would therefore be grateful if you could reflect on the questions below and provide us with your views for us to better understand your experience...." and so on.
