Sportsbet.io is totally scam
Sportsbet.io is totally scam. They have suspended my verified VIP account which I've been using for almost 7-8 months without any reason and didn't allow me to withdraw my funds. Then when I asked them what's going on, they told me to verify myself again with a selfie and ID card however I had already made this before. I've verified myself again and this time they claimed that I have multiple accounts. But this was my only account. Why will I need different accounts if I have one which I can use? I asked them many times why they decided something like this, what are their evidences but after that day they totally ignored my all emails and I get no answer for almost 1 week. Also I was VIP (I am even placing bets for 50000-100000 USDT and I was very big player for them) and I had a VIP manager which I can contact on Telegram but now I've realized that even she blocked me and doesnt answer.
On the other hand, I was affiliate of Sportsbet.io (Their affiliate partnership website is partners.io) and this player account which they have suspended is the payment account of my affiliate partnership. When I am trying to contact to the person who is in charge of affiliates, now even he doesn't answer me for 1 week, I guess also he blocked me. It means also now I wont be able to receive my affiliate payments which I've earned from the players which I've brought to Sportsbet.io. What's the reason? There is no. Just they wanted that.
So be aware of this fraudulent website. They can suspend your account whenever they want (for sure if you're a winner), they seize your all balance illegaly and then they totally block and ignore you from all possible ways.
Edit after their meaningless reply: I haven't breached any terms, also you can't tell me which term I've breached. As I mentioned before, you can close accounts and seize funds of everybody anytime without any evidence, just with referring this stupid rule. This is incredible. Dont trust to this website!

Hello I am making this second review because this situation is causing me a lot of problems in my family and I am in depresion and very stressful . This is going to ruin my family . I dont know what to do more with this company . I have send all documents needed , I have texted several emails and they are giving no explanation to me. They have confiscated my funds . I have placed normal bets as everyone and they decided sudently to close my account and not send me my funds. I have the right to know where the real problem is and if they dont want me as a customer anymore I just need my money back . Lack of eSoccer Games
I have been using Sportbet.io for the past two years and have been a regular user without any issues regarding payment withdrawals, deposits, or customer service. However, I have a problem with the eSoccer 8-minute game, which has very limited variety. Other platforms offer a much wider selection of live betting matches, but Sportbet.io struggles to provide these options. I have previously raised complaints about the lack of available matches for betting, and even when matches are available, the eSoccer 8-minute game often starts only after 2 minutes have already passed. Currently, as I write this review, there have been no eSoccer 8-minute games available for betting for the past 4 hours. Due to this, I have been using Sportbet.io much less and feel that, if they do not add more eSoccer games, I may stop using the platform altogether in the coming months.

Scam
I initially registered on Sportsbet.io and was later asked to complete a verification process. I successfully submitted the required information through your website. However, my account remained locked. Following this, I received an email with another verification link, which I completed successfully.
When asked if I had any other accounts, I confirmed that I had only the one account on your site. Unfortunately, during registration, I mistakenly provided an incorrect email address and, unable to correct it, I created a new account. I did not deposit or play using the account associated with the incorrect email.
After admitting that the second account was mine, I was informed that I would need to wait 10 business days for further review. A few days later, I received a notification that my account had been closed, and my deposit was seized without any justifiable reason.
I believe this treatment is unfair and unjust. I kindly ask for a thorough review of my case and the return of my funds.

Sportsbet not paying
I registered on Sportsbet.io on 26th September and started to make sport bets (mostly ATP tennis and NFL).
On 4th October my balance was 16'725 USDC and I requested a withdrawal. Operator asked me to go through additional KYC procedure, which I successfully completed. After that my balance was reduced to 7'000 USDC (9'725 USDC difference). I have the screenshots of my balance, all of my bets and all of the transactions if needed. I am entitled to receive my full balance of 16'725 USDC.
UPD (11.10.24):
"All of this was explained in the email we sent you as well" - that is not true, nothing was explained and NO EVIDENCE provided.
You simply confiscated my funds without any proof!

They have a smooth payment system, a lot of market for betting. BUT meager betting limit like $0.5 per bet. even in premier league matches, the betting limit is mostly under $30, and when I got a $30 free bet from them, it took me hours to find a suitable bet to use for that free bet. The bonus system is also quite interesting. With these, they are only suitable for recreational players, not suitable for professional bettors, It is Far from my expectation because their name is sportsbet.
