Lost 30k USD, got account blocked
I have registered almost a month ago and started betting. I have made around 100 bets with an average size of $1-3k mostly on ATP tennis and MLB baseball and lost around $30k in total.
Couple of days ago the support decided to block my account and put me through couple of rounds of KYC (which I successfully passed). After that they claimed I had some connection with some other accounts which I have absolutely no idea about and disable my account!
No explanation, no proof, no dialogue - you are just kicking out a perfect customer who brings you tens of thousands of dollars monthly - just surreal.
I hope the management and the owners of Sportsbet see this review and realize what kind of nonsense is happening in their company.

I'm seeing the same issue as other users. I made a small amount of money and then my account was locked.
I'm unable to withdraw funds or play anymore.
I had to complete two KYC steps, which I did.
Each time I contact them to confirm that I completed the KYC already at 21.08.2024 (first mail), they send me a new link to the partner website to complete it once again. One response takes an extremely long time.
They're playing games with small amounts of money. Don't trust these scammers; they won't help me anymore.

Withdraw Declined / Verification Problem
I opened my my account in 2023 and verified before deposit, In early 2024 they blocked my withdrawal, said I have multiple account (I never had other account or connection with others). Then I provided all the documentation and explanation to their player safety department.
After that they verified my account.

Hello, I will explain my problem to you. I opened my sportbet.io account on April 5, 2024 after a friend recommended the platform to me, I made my first deposit on their site on April 5, 2024 and I won money on their platform so I made my request to withdraw my money, I put my crypto address and 1 hour later I had the money on my wallet so for the moment no problem. It's a normal casino you'll tell me but at that time the problems had not yet started... let me explain on April 7 I made a deposit of 71.94 mbtc on their platform which I lost, I made a second deposit of 122.42 mbtc which I also lose I then decide to make a final deposit of 374.70 mbtc with which I play blackjack which brings me back to 784.79 mbtc. I decide to make a withdrawal request which is then refused so I don't really understand that's why I contact customer service who asks me to verify my identity on the site which I do immediately, then once it's done he asks me to verify my identity on a second site by email which I also do immediately. Then the next day I receive an email from them telling me that my account has been deactivated following several accounts opened which is strictly impossible given that I discovered their platform 3 days before and that I created my first account this this moment. He then tells me that they will do an investigation on their own and that they will get back to me within 5 working days. 5 days later I received an email from them telling me that my account has been deactivated and that the funds will not be returned because I would have used the double spend method, after having inquired about this method which consists of confirms the deposit on the blockchain only once we make gains on a platform, except that it is impossible because to make my deposits on the site I use a very well-known and secure application called ledger live which allows to send crypto to wallets at no time can I decide when the funds will be confirmed by the blockchain once the funds have left my account it is no longer my responsibility, and the money no longer belongs to me. So their accusations are already false and are impossible to carry out because I have absolutely no power over the confirmations of sending cryptocurrencies on the blockchain.
