Decide to write a review after being told by my friend there is a channel to spread a message to the whole world that this website is definitely a scam. they can block your account anytime and your money will be gone without an appropriate reason.

I had 4xxx usd in my account and I cannot withdraw them last year and I was notified by the CS and they said I had multi-account, but WITHOUT ANY PROVE OR EVIDENCE.
After that, I worked around their checking procedure and also passed the kyc verification but they still do not approval my withdrawal since they SUSPECT I have multi account.

Please give me prove or ask those accounts (which you SUSPECT that have connections with me) to carry out the kyc verification instead of blocking my account which has passed verification already. I registered in the office, put one bet which lost. I was asked to pass verification. I uploaded the documents on the site, they were accepted, then they asked me to follow the link and do almost the same thing. As a result, my account was blocked and my money was taken. Edit 7 days later: my withdrawal was processed after 72 hours, altough I had to ask for it again in support chat. So the third time I asked it was processed, while the two previous instances I was told the payments department is working on it. The funny thing is my WD was available for cancellation all of those 72 hours, so it kind of seems like they were not really working on it and instead just waited hoping I'd cancel it myself. However, if they actually were working on it and spent 72 hours of employee salary on something that I could cancel at any second and all that work would be in vain, that it doesn't speak fondly of their processes. In the end I got paid all my winnings, but beware playing here if you can't or don't want to wait 72 hours for your winnings.
