Spot On is spot on!
Spot On have been brilliant with our recent experience with our cat Autumn and previously our other cat Whiskers. Whiskers has been diagnosed with an overactive thyroid condition and Autumn inflammatory bowel disease and the Spot On system for submitting a claim is simple and straight forward and takes the stress out of submitting an insurance claim. They’re quick to respond to emails and assist with any queries. We chose Spot On for Autumn’s insurance due to the previous good experience with Whiskers. Thank you Spot On, highly recommended and thank you for taking some anxiety and stress away when our furry friends were poorly :)

Our Boosters were designed to give our customers a more bespoke policy, tailored to their pet's individual needs and are clearly outlined in the quote journey and all of the policy documents.
Unfortunately, we have no control over how much vets charge for certain fees but it is common practice in the pet insurance industry to have caps for these.

Great claims experience
Spot On Insurance has a wonderful customer service and claims experience. I recently made my first pet insurance claim and I can honestly say the process from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. Processing the claim online was very easy and further contact via email was polite and very quick. They dealt directly with my vet and approved my claim in no time at all. This is when you really know if an insurance company is worth the premiums paid and I can honestly say Spot On is worth it.
