Withdrawal delayed
It is good in general. The interface is easy to use and the interest rate is better than other.
Although they are not offering the card and linked to only 1 account, it is not a big deal to me when everything works fine.
However, there is a BIG cons when it come to withdrawing my money, it is quite often they take long time (roughly 30mins+) to process it. When that happens, you cannot make another withdrawal request simultaneously, and you cannot cancel the previous one.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. As Spring is a digital Savings product, we don't offer a physical card. Withdrawals can take up to two hours to go through, but are normally much quicker than this, sometimes instant. It's a great savings rate but the app…
It's a great savings rate but the app is a bit rudimentary,and it takes a long time to log in.
Also I had two savings pots, and when the interest was paid it landed in a 'unallocated pot' which seems a bit silly to me, why not just pay the interest directly into the pot that earned it.

Easy Digital Savings account to go for
I’ve had a really positive experience with Spring Savings so far. What initially attracted me was the competitive interest rate, but I ended up appreciating the overall simplicity and flexibility of the app even more.
The monthly statements are clear and professionally organised, payments and transfers are smooth, and the whole process feels modern and fully digital. I especially liked how easy it was to withdraw my money whenever needed without unnecessary complications or delays, which gave me a lot more confidence using the account for everyday savings.

App is easy to use very user friendly and applications process is simple and fast. Linking current account and using withdrawal & deposite system quite fast and easy. I have choosen for its rate compare to other similar app based accounts

Easy to set up and make interest on stagnant money
Easy to set up. Moving money backwards and forwards to linked account is easy. The app seems to be easy to navigate. Rate of interest is good and makes better use of money languishing in zero interest current accounts.
