My daughter and I visited Spring Step in Lancaster, Pa. We were immediately greeted by one of the owners who went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. I was looking for specific shoes by Lartiste and not only did she know her product but was well informed on other brands in the store. I usually order online but will definitely return to the store with that kind of customer service!

My favorite shoe company
My shoes arrived on time, well packaged inside and outside the box. Shoes may run just a tiny bit large. They are made well and quite lovely.

Favorite Shoes
This is one of my top go-to shoe websites. The styles by brand are unique and colorful. While I think all of their brands are great, I favor the Spring Step line. I look forward to their new designs each year. The fit is always right and comfortable. The prices can be a bit high at times so I wait for a sale if I have my eye on a pair I would really like to buy.

store staff very helpful
the people in the store were very helpful so that I got the best fitting shoes/sadly the same shoes were available at a store just down the road for 1/3 less. I love the shoes, but the store is over priced.

Cute shoes
Cute shoes! Ordered the normal size I always order from Spring Step Shoes but this one was too big. Called for some assistance, talked to a great, helpful agent who guided me on how to exchange for the smaller size. The replacement pair arrived quickly and fit! Never been disappointed with Spring Step Shoes!

The cutest and most comfortable shoes
After the first pair of sandals, I was sold on this brand. They are so comfortable, the sandals, the boots, and the booties! Now I just order everything online, which makes it very easy. Every time I wear any of my spring step shoes, I get compliments! And then I tell everybody what they are and how to get them! Thank you for making cute and comfortable shoes

Inconsistent sizing
Inconsistent sizing. First pair were too large and second pair too small. Did not like having to pay shipping fees for inconsistent sizes. Not my fault.
