I ordered a beautiful pot and it was broken in the box when arrived. I loved the way, the issue has been handled by Sproutl. Very sincere and polite communication + practical and adeptly proceeded solution took away the disappointment of broken pot instantly.

Design and quality of products is very good. Packaging and shipping poor. Both terracotta pots I ordered were damaged. However, the prompt and efficient response by Sproutl staff made up for the loss. They replied with apologies and a refund and voucher to compensate for the inconvenience.

Ordered a plant pot. Great quality, fast delivery and well priced. Would shop again.

Excellent customer service, even to the extent of being given a call to offer a cancellation or a discount due to the fact that the plants are not in season and may not flower until until next year. Would not hesitate to use again.

Highly recommended business, fast delivery, top quality plants and outstanding customer services. I placed an order 4pm then received my order next day 11am in great packaging and the Roses were beyond of I expected for such a lower price than other suppliers. Thanks

Great Company to deal with, had a problem with a plant but it was replaced immediately, certainly would recommend them, excellent customer support.

This was my first time ordering from Sprout, everything was great lovely plants and great packaging just a bit pricey on delivery but in the end you get what you pay for….I have had some real disasters this year from other well known companies so I was really happy to get good plants that arrived in one piece.

I ordered a Phormium which arrived in a dreadful state. Appears to have been a problem in transit rather than poor quality plant (although I’ve had to lose a good few leaves from the Phormium which basically reduces its height..which is why I purchased it from Sproutl in the first place). I contacted via email to feed this back but I can’t help but feeling let down after paying £6 to have it delivered to me, I did expect a better delivery service. The delivery cost was almost 40% of the cost of the plant. Based on this experience, I don’t think I will make another order with Sproutl again.

We had an issue with a plant delivery but Ellie was fantastic and quickly turned a poor situation into a very positive one.

Highly recommend Sproutl. We had a problem with the delivery company and Sproutl resolved the issues we experienced.

Unfortunately my first arrived pot arrived broken it was in 2 pieces as the box was far too big so it rattled around in it. After a quick email to Sproutl Ellie rang me and was so helpful and apologetic and arranged a replacement pot which arrived within a few days. The new planter was in perfect condition, tightly packed in a smaller box, excellent customer services from Ellie means I would order from Sproutl again.

I had recently ordered six Taxus Baccata ball plants and was quite disappointed when they arrived as they were much smaller than advertised. The website has claimed they would be 40-50 cm high from the base of the plant but they were only actually 20cm high when they arrived.

I had contacted customer services who investigated this and realised the website was not as clear as it should have been, it should have read that the height was from the bottom of pot not base of the plant. Anna and Ellie were fantastic in understanding my concerns and trying to find a solution that would make the situation right.

If it wasn’t for the two of them this would have been a 1* review but they helped come up with a fair resolution. So thank you to them. And as a result I may order from Sproutl again.

My order came earlier than was quoted. The packaging was excellent. Will definitely buy again from them!

I ordered 2 roses with different companies on the same day. Sproutl delivery was 5 days quicker than the other one. Healthy plants too.

I have never used Sproutl before but they came up when searching for a particular plant. I was so impressed with the promptness of my delivery, the communication, the packaging and beautiful condition of the plants and will definitely use them again.
